Product works great. It is compact, easy to use, has never gotten jammed, and, as I said - does the trick! Takes a number of pages at a time and basket holds fair amount of shredded pages, so you don't have to empty too often (unless, of course, you want to!)

This is the worst product ever. It's cheap. I agree with that. It's only $21 but it's the worst shredder ever. I used it, may be 5 times and now it's broken. The center of the blades, stopped working and now the papers are sucked in on the sides only, and the center remians still. The basket is too small and suddenly the shreds of the papers pile in the basket and then starts to touch the blades from the inside causing it to keep on working without a stop. I don't recommend it to anyone. Not for a house user and definetley not for office use.

Works good has not jammed on me yet chopped old credit cards and membership cards no problem

I was looking for something cheap for my home. Bought this item which worked fine for about few months, even when I didn't use it a lot. After few months it stopped working so I had to replace it. Good that there was warranty but it is over now, so I am stuck. Better put more money and get something better.

this is a great shredder if you don't need anything but strip cut done. it hasn't jammed on me, and it quickly gets the job done.

Do yourselves a favor and never buy this shredder. From day one, it has jammed repeatedly and I continuously have to pry out little clumps of paper from the blades, which are dull at first and only get worse. It isn't even strong or powerful enough to do more than 1 sheet at a time, it slows down drastically or usually jams up. Wasn't even worth the cheap price, go for the heavy duty ones and not a Dynex or store brand, they might be expensive but they're worth it.

Cutting with scissors is time consuming and not garunteed. I had shoe boxes full of banking, medical, and other important info. The shredder took care of all of them. Even though it does not cross cut, you can't makeout what was on the sheets.

I was looking for a small shredder for home use when I purchased this model. It's worked perfectly for several weeks now, and it fit my budget and my space.
