I sit at work all day and started having lumbar and thoracic issues and I felt like my body could not relax well, I was not sleeping good, so I bought this. I was going to get something less firm but I’m glad I got this one because although it is firm, I can feel it shape to my spine well and definitely gives me the support. I sleep much better. I would say it does not get hot so the ‘cooling gel’ is accurate. It’s great for the price.
