This is a great little heater for warming one large room. It is not for a large open area. The nickel color is perfect...blends beautifully and does not stand out as a heater. I use it in my master bedroom. For some reason, this room is much colder than the rest of my home. I set the thermostat for comfort and this heater keeps my bedroom nice and toasty especially during really cold periods. Wish that I had purchased it sooner!!

I was on the fence about spending this much on a heater. This heater/fan did not disappoint!! It works really well in medium size rooms but is said to be able to heat up to 1200 sq foot. I use this in my bedroom that has hardwood floors and two huge windows. This fan heats the room quickly. I love how is osculates, spreading the warm air around. I haven't used it as a fan yet but I have no doubts it will perform well due to the amount of air this fan pushes! GREAT PRODUCT!! Price isn't for everyone but it won't disappoint!

This combination fan/heater works as well as advertised. The heater function has a nice range of tempratures. The cooling (fan) function has a wide range of speed settings which is nice. The only drawback is the amount of noise this unit generates, that is the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars.

I've been looking at these fans a long time and finally broke down and made the purchase considering the cost. It is well worth it. I have only used the heat part of the fan thus far and I am pleased to say it warms the room up by 5 degrees for sure. I have an open concept and high ceilings. I like there are no blades to collect dirt and its easy to wipe off. The remote is a nice bonus also

I got my Dyson fan an love the fan for a heater in room where it always seems to be colder than the rest of the house. Its easy to set up and looks modern too. No fan blades is always a conversation starter.

I thought about buying this fan for a while but the price always seemed a little high for me. Then I saw it available on sale so I jumped at the opportunity. It is DEFINITELY worth it! The heater works great. Slight smell when it started heating up (possibly dust) but it will heat up a small room very well. Haven't tried the fan for cooling yet but I think it's an excellent fan and it looks cool too.

Pretty good. Is not as drying as other heaters. At first it seems kinda loud but I hardly notice it now. I really like it as a heater. I'm not sure about the cooling yet as this is the longest winter in the history of man

I love my Dyson vacuum, but this heater does not work. My wife and I try to heat our 18x16 bedroom with all doors shut including the closet and the bathroom door and it NEVER shuts off even if we set it to only 72 degrees. While it might not burn the dust in the air as other space heaters do, it is designed for tropical areas or areas such as Florida or Arizona where it gets cool at night and you might want a little heat. Have not tried the cooling or just the fan. On the positive side the remote works well and the unit looks nice. Got this on sale for $259 and so far it is just a very expensive bladeless fan.

Although pricy. It's worth the money. It's quiet and it heats the whole room. I can't wait to try the cooling option this summer. If it works as well as the heating this is a 5 star item and will get another one!

Overall this product is great at doing its job. It heats and cools very well for a small or medium sized room. I love the thermostat and the remote control. My only real complaint is that it can get kind of loud, and if you are a light sleeper like I am, it can sometimes wake you up if you have it running at night in your bedroom. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't make a huge racket, it is only slightly loud. Other than that, it is a great product, and I am going to continue to use it.

Quiet, efficient fan. The thermostat works great. U used it in a 200 sqft office to keep at constant temperature while I was away for a week. Very safe and held the temperature it was set to

I like that is remote and it warms up the room you can set it to auto and also it spinds and the remote magnets to the top of the fan. Delivery was fast. I really recomended is worth the price. It can be use for cooling also. There is only one room that needs to be more warm than the others so this came in handy.

It heat the surrounding area good but not very far. Good to have both fax speed and temp control on the remote. Would be better if not this expansive.

Because I have pets in the house, I want to buy something that wouldn't injure them by accident. The fan is great for safety! I haven't use it enough for hot air but as a regular fan, it's pretty 'cool'! :-) The remote was a little bit unexpected but I love it!

Got this for a great price on deal of the day. Have been wanting one for quite some time. Glad that I finally got it, is amazing for both heating and cooling. Quiet and compact. Dyson lives up to the name.

Really like the temperature control, oscillation, and design, but I was hoping it would be a little more powerful as a fan.

Cools off our man cave perfectly, we have a tv that emits a lot of heat and makes the room hot, this fan cools it all off

Like how it does both heat and cool - the only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because it didn't do HOT and COLD.

Little unit packs good force. Heats up our living room or kitchen or bedroom perfect. Like it so much we got a second unit. Even cooled a warm room in less than 5 minutes.
