I have been impressed with Dyson, my floor is cleaner than it's ever been!

My husband has been wanting a Dyson for years. I'm disabled so he does all the vacuuming. We've always had an upright but he kept seeing the new "lift off" vacuums and was going to look at those. I suggested the canister because for what he wanted the lift off for, the canister works better for us and I hoped the Dyson would put other canister vacuums to shame and I was right. He couldn't believe the way this grabbed the floor and the way it cleaned. I think he actually gets a kick out of using it, sadly that will probably wear off eventually, but its a great vacuum.

Great on multi surfaces. It is easy to use and maneuver.

It's very powerful and gets the job done every time

I wanted a canister vacuum because it had the low profile head which would reach under furniture easily. This fills the bill. It has excellent suction and empties easily. This is a great vacuum.

The dyson has always been a favorite of mine. These are always great vacuums and I'll always be a fan. If they ever drop in price then I'd say that other vacuum cleaner companies need to step their game up!

I have 3 cats and the vacuum does it fantastic job of picking up all the loose cat hair

It's a Dyson. It's lightweight and goes anywhere. Up the steps down the steps, easy to empty canister, detach and attach accessories. It sucks!! (in a good way). :)

This thing is great! It has epic suction. Moves easily behind me and the cord winds right up. I do wish that it came with a few more connections. The washable filtering system is great.

This vacuum is light and easy to use. It's very easy to lug around the house.

This vacuum is lightweight, easy to use in house and great for car! It picks up dog hair, even hair that gets imbedded in fabric! It's just what I was looking for!

This vacuum does an excellent job in cleaning our floors, which is not easy due to having 3 cats and 1 dog. Very powerful suction and ease of use.

I bought this with my stairs in mind. This vacuum is a good little vacuum but would prefer an upright for the rest of the house. Don't get me wrong it is a good vacuum.

This is a quality product. It works well and is easy to move around. I like being able to use it without changing the attachment on carpet and tile.

I appreciated how well the Dyson maneuvered around and under my furniture as I vacuumed our new laminate flooring. However, it did not seem to do well on the area rugs. I needed to go over and over an area on a rug to pick up a minimal amount of pet hair. The cord was long enough for me to do any room in the house in its entirety. I wish, for the price, that the vacuum came with an attachment with a soft brush to use on the bare floors, and then an attachment with more of a beating and rotating brush for the rugs instead of the one "basic do it all" attachment with which it came. The one it came with seemed to be scraping the bare floors instead of gliding over them. I understand there is a special bare floor attachment, so I will be looking into purchasing it… which I don’t believe should be extra.

My second Dyson. Replaced my 15 year old upright with this light canister model--same great power but so easy and light. Perfect for my needs.

We always buy Dyson uprights for carpets, but now we have hardwoods and uprights are not that great. This vacuum is a gem, gets all the dog hair off the floor. It is not very good on carpets, but I still have my upright for that.
