Great unit. used to replace our previous Dyson that was the upright unit. It is light, easy to use and great on hardwood floors.

I thought i would never buy a vacum that cost this much, but after hearing from the sales man on how reliable and how good the company is for handling customers i figured i would try It on the 15 day return if not liked policy. Now i feel that all the vacuums i have owned in the past are that, in the past. This thing does everything i wanted and more, the suction on this thing actually pulled one of my socks too the canister instead of clogging up like my old one. Guess you can say I'm a convert.

Replaced my current 10 year old Dyson upright that still runs but since we replaced our wall to wall carpets with hardwood and area rugs this fits our needs better. Really like the easy to remove brush bar that makes it easier to clean.

It does a super job of keeping the cat hair under control. Our only problem is small area rugs that tend to pull up from the floor and interfere with the beater bar.

Price was amazing, suction is over the top best i have ever had. Works so easy. Push is effortless. I love it

Very easy to use and has the ability to get into small places. Love its power at getting the dirt out of our carpets.

Dyson ball multi floor bag less vacuum very powerful and light weight. Comes with two attachments to reach tight spots. Wife loves it.

After using this for almost a year, it is pretty durable. Nothing needs to be repaired. This vacuum is lighter and not too hard to use. Bag less is nice. But suction(with brush turned on) is not as strong as I expected. I am a strong guy, I am ok going for a heavier vacuum with stronger suction/brush. I would take my chances on a different brand next time if I am looking for a light weight vacuum

I have used all different product but not good as Dyson, very quiet and suctions are very good.

This is my first Dyson. Im amazed at the suction. Its light and easy to maneuver. Very happy.

This is a great purchase bought on sale. Strong suction and plenty of attachments.

The vacuum is very powerful and picks up great off carpets.It is not too heavy and like the bagless feature.

I love my new Dyson! This is the first one I have owned. I've never used a better vacuum cleaner. I've used several different vacuum cleaners and I've never really been pleased. I love that I don't have to buy a new filter every month or buy any other products to keep the vacuum up. My Dyson never loses suction. I have no complaints. There is no other vacuum cleaner I would recommend.
