Bought this to replace my old, corded, heavy dyson vacuum. So happy with the purchase! Easy to use and light weight so I can easily carry up and down the stairs. The battery lasts well. Attachments are useful and easy to switch out. Works very well in getting dirt and cat hair out of the carpet. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Like probably everyone, skeptical on whether I was getting that much better action for the price in coparison to others. I had the Shark Rocket prior and it worked nice on the hard floors, but the battery was getting a little weak over a couple years. So on to the Dyaon Animal! It blows the Shark away. Ita light, has a long battery charge, does an incredible job on the hard floors and it can do quick touch up on the carpet without issue. The tools provided are great, and where it really blew me away was in my car. I would say it falls just (barely) shy of detailing quality vacuums. It cleaned all the dog hair out completely. And its cordless! The tools are all very veraatile so you can perform any number of jobs with it. Its really simple to use and clean out. Its reasonably quiet as well. I give this an enthusiastic A+ review. Only thing i cant say is the longevity, but from what i have read that is extensive

Needed a stick vacuum for dog hair and dirt on hardwood and short carpet. This vacuum has been great for it! Compared to a similar model in the Tineco brand. This vacuum blows it out of the water. Great suction, battery life, good attachments, and easy to clean the tool.

Was very skeptical at spending hundreds of dollars on a vacuum but boy has it been worth it so far. I can vacuum an area with our corded Hoover and turn around and go back over it with the cordless Dyson and still pick up a lot of stuff. Cordless and tilting head will make it impossible to go back to a big heavy bulky corded vacuum. It’s so easy to use and it pulls so much out of the carpets it feels clean walking on them after you’re done. I have no idea how it manages to have more suction than any other vacuum I’ve used and stay against the carpet enough without the weight like the old style have, to pull that much out. I’ve seen people complain about the size of the cup but I can vacuum 3-4 rooms before it’s full if it’s been like 3-4 days. You dump it everytime anyways and takes all of 15 seconds to do. As long as the battery holds up for a long time I’ll be super happy.

Great battery life. Works on all surfaces (tile, wood, concrete, and carpet). Quick and easy to use and keep charged. Our dogs shed a lot, so catch bin good be bigger; but just empty after each use.

It seemed pricey but if it outlasts the warranty then it's more than worth with every penny. Perfect for small house or apartment where space is a concern, and it's completely light weight, cordless, and simple to clean. I have a large 95ish lb pup that sheds something fierce . No problems, even outperforms my older dyson upright. Unexpected bonus is the very small recepticle warrants emptying almost after every use which forces a good habit of doing just that, and it takes like 5 seconds to open the hatch, empty, and close back up. Exceeded my expectations. 100% satisfied (assuming it performs the same a few years from now)

Despite vacuuming 3 times a week with my old vacuum, my first time using this Dyson I filled the bin several times just from my living room carpet!! Super powerful and my carpets are noticably cleaner now. It does great at picking up cat hair, dust, and dirt. Only issue I've had is trying to vacuum cat litter on the hard wood floor - you're better off using a broom for that. It's very lightweight and easy to maneuver. My only complaint is emptying the bin tends to send dust flying. Best solution I've found is putting the vacuum into the trash bag before opening the bin, some dust still escapes but it's much better.

This is a must for pet owners. The price is significantly higher than other brands but it is truly justified. The suction power and battery life is superior to other brands like Shark or Hoover. On medium power, expect the battery to last about 30 mins. I know that doesn't seem like much but with its suction power that's all you will need. Not to mention the ease of use. Because it is cordless, I can just pick it up off the wall and clean areas daily rather than vacuuming the entire house once a week. Maybe I'm just lazy but with a corded vacuum, I did not feel like dealing with unravelling the cord and winding it back up for every room in daily use. With this vacuum I just clean as I live.

For the first time ever I enjoy cleaning carpets and rugs thanks to this awesome cordless vac. Gone is the annoying wires that tangles up as you make circles around your home or apartment in its place for free roaming and getting into areas that limits you with the length of a cord to a plug. The charge time is great allowing you to use it for long stints of time. You can even use it for your car using the other attachments that allow you to get into corners. A great buy for your cleaning needs. You truly do get what you pay for.

Best vacuum ever bought. Plenty of power, light, easy to clean. Little expensive but you get what you pay for.

Amazing vacuum, long lasting battery, powerful enough for pet hair.

This is our 2nd cordless Dyson and third Dyson overall. We still have our corded Dyson from almost 20 years ago and that one is running strong. This cordless model is much better than the last cordless model we had. It’s lighter, breaks down easier, the battery last longer, even on max, it doesn’t clog easily, and the brushes don’t hold as much hair as the prior model. I was impressed with our last cordless, this one is even better.

Have had this for one year now waited to do a review. I have two Ragdoll cats, longhair cats. This vacuum is the best. It is easy to use, powerful, lightweight yet you would be amazed at what it will take up off the floors, furniture and your curtains and or whatever else you decide to do. The attachments are easy to use. The filter is easy to clean. The unit is easy to empty after vacuuming. No brainer to purchase. Fast charging also.

It is a great vacuum when it comes to cleaning, being wireless and the different attachments you can use but the only reason it lost a star is the battery life. It has 3 power options that contribute to how long it lasts so it depends on what setting you're on and how long the battery lasts. If you're on the strongest setting don't expect to vacuum for long but on the lower setting you can get in a decent amount of cleaning done. Overall it is a very good vacuum and gets the jobs done. it is very easy to empty out, change attachments, clean difficult spots, it's light weight and can clean most surfaces. Compared to most other vacuums that are bulky/heavy and you have to deal with the cord everytime you use it this vacuum would be a better choice.

This vacuum always surprises us with the amount of dirt and hair it picks up. It’s multiple attachments help utilize its cleaning power all over the house and car. Light weight. Easy to use and clean. Quick charging. Would buy again , worth the price!

Light weight, great suction and Love all the accessories. Down side Is it’s a little pricey. It looks sturdy, I hope it lasts.

Low quality it’s just made from a cheap plastic easy to crack even without falling.

I have a shedding ESA Chihuahua and I am a disabled senior. It is not easy vacuuming my apartment with a wired vacuum. Ive had many Dysons before, even a wireless one before. But the battery life is great on this one and has 3 different suction speeds that you can change between. The attachments are always wonderful to have also. I highly recommend this Animal Dyson to anyone with a pet.

Very powerful for such a compact unit. Came with additional attachments for various tasks. Easy to use, easy to snap attachments on and off, great battery life. Smallish container compared to traditional upright vacuums but that's to be expected. You just have to empty it more frequently. I personally prefer to empty the canister outside to avoid stirring up the dust, even the quick release system works pretty well.
