    Looks good but doesnt move much air. Tried to use in my game room. Not better than my Hawaiian breeze table fan. Will wait to see if this gives value in winter.

    No app, wireless functionality

    The Dyson associste lied. He had to register the product and said I would see it on my Dyson app. I do not see it on my app and I have no idea if the purifier was registered. No email to say welcome about the registration. I am upset as I paid over $400 without wireless compatibility.

    Do not buy this - not even a US product

    Thr link to register this product is not available. I had to search the internet for this model because it would not come up on the dyson web site. It could only be found on the dyson UK web sote. The support docs are rudimentary at best and for the price the remote battery should not be dead. I’m not sure where Best Buy found these but they can’t possibly be under warranty. It is still too pricy of a product to not even be acknowledged on the Dyson US web site. Mine will be going back and i wont be shopping at Best Buy or for Dyson any time soon.

    This item did not meet my expectations, the fan does not blow enough at a moderate speed and to receive some air you have to increase the speed of the fan and this causes it to generate a lot of noise which is quite annoying in the middle. of the night.

    Unit is fine, but Dyson will not register my unit for the warranty. Spent hours trying to resolve this and it’s still not registered. Very, very disappointing.

    I always loved Dyson products. I had three fans. I am very disappointed bu this purchase. Within 5 months, it stopped working.

    It’s does not circulate air efficiently. As you go up in speed it gets obnoxiously loud. Bottom line this is a very expensive, horribly designed fan.

    Great Air Purifier!!

    Let me tell you, this Dyson model is decked out with more tech than a Tesla on a first date. seriously, there are more sensors on this thing than a fly in a spy movie, but the buttons are very intuitive. This really works. My allergies haven’t known what hit them. It’s like the air itself is dodging this purifier in fear. Plus the whole “self-reacting” thing is pretty fancy. Feels like I got a tiny robot roommate whose souls purpose is to fight dust bunnies and explain air quality to me in a soothing British voice. Bottom line: I can breathe easy(and laugh a little) knowing I found a great product at a great price. Thanks Best Buy!!

    Nice fan/purifier with heater function. I wish it had WiFi connectivity like the other, more advanced models, but it’s good for keeping some air moving.

    This machine did not work when plugged in more than a couple of times. I tried reaching out to customer service at [email protected], but they never replied. I got another email from the Best Buy review section - [email protected]. I resent the same email, but it's been over 2 months, and I have not received any response yet. Thanks, P.     Horrible Customer Care

    Horrible customer service. My package got stolen where they left the package. And bestbuy did not refund or replace the item because carrier left photo of delivery. And they told me go to police which I did. Police has told me if thr item cost less then 900 they wont open the case. So I paid for something never got. Bestbuy did not even care my side. Do not purchase online with bestbuy
