My first Dyson product ever and the item was defective out of box when first got in the mail. I called the Dyson helpline and they said that the filter light was on and it should not have been since it is a brand new product. Did an online chat with a BestBuy rep and they immediately ship out a new item to my home. The 2nd one works wonderfully out of the box. The air is fresh and clean in a big room. The heater/fan works great. I'm glad to get this on sale..what a deal! Thanks BB!!

squeaks sometimes when you first tuen it on but once you get it warmed up it stops. nice size heats well

Was a gift for son and daughter in law. They love it!! It looks beautiful and does exactly what it says it would do. The heater part fills your entire room nicely and keeps it at a temperature that you set it at. If the room drops below that temp. it turns on. When it reaches your set temp. the heating part shuts off but the unit keeps working to purify your air. Well done Dyson!

I have 2 of these that I use in my office. They work so well I purchased one for my home and two for my mother. We live in Texas. If you know about Texas weather you know we can experience all of the seasons in a week. These are so versatile the room is always the temperature we like. They make the room feel cozy year round. If your on the fence about buying one. It off the fence and buy one. You won’t regret it!

Great product so far perfect for a bedroom. I replaced an old purifier with it, and the added heater/fan is extremely useful.

I’ve had this item for about 3 weeks now and the air purifier works great! I am able to tell the difference in the room when I have the fan running vs when I don’t. The fan/heater could be a little loud. There is 10 speed settings, from 1-5 it’s not too loud but from 5-10 it could be a little loud. The fan cools the room well. I haven’t used the heater aside from testing it out to make sure it gets warm and it does. It’s pricy but I think worth it due to it being a fan, heater and air purifier

Oh this is the best! We turned off our central heat and now just use this. Now instead of being cold all the time, we’re so warm!

I love it! Do wish it was cooler during summer but for winter it’s perfect.
