Bought for my kids room and is totaly safe, kids cant cut their hands on fan blade as their is no fan blade. You can switch between hot and cold and the cold is perfect enough for their room they didnt need an ac. Plus its an air purifier on top...c'mon thats badas...

My little hot/cool spot

There are some days I just need a little heat on cool mornings. In the summer I use it if the room gets too warm. I really would like it to run a little quieter but overall a nice addition.The price I believe is too high but I guess for newer technology it costs more..

Try this for allergy

I had one already but I didn't notice any change in my allergies and I am not sure if it's psychological but I already noticed a change in my symptoms.

Great in the dorm

It was well loved and survived the entire school year. It even held up long enough to use it again this term. The heat feature was great to keep the kids warm. The dorm does not allow a space heater but this one was approved with the school.

Quiet, powerful fan

I have not had the chance to use the heat as of yet but did use the heat in the other model that did not have the purifier and was very impressed. Gave that one to my mom (who loves it) and brought this one. Easy to remove cover and wipe down. I'm not sure if I would have paid regular price for this, but Best Buy has great sales that makes it worth it.
