Terrific investment

It kept the main living room area cool enough until the A/C could be replaced, and will hopefully do the same if there are heating issues (in any of the rentals). Great investment item!

The air quality has improved and it helps regulate our bedroom temperature in a very quick manner. Its disappointing that filters are $70 but I consider it an investment in our family's health. It also doesn't have a dangerous ionizer button that we could accidentally turn on. One less worry. Doesn't have internet, but it doesn't really need it. Super simple and straight forward to use.
