After all the CALifornia fires and bad air quality, we decided to purchase this. We bought a Winix product in Costco. Although objectively, it was good product but the cost to replace the filter is $50+ every quarter. We concurrently purchased this product. We noticed right away the area being cleaned. We also slept better!!!! Best of all the filter has to only be changed once a year.

Used it to heat up the room few times as a heater. It does make the room dry and we sure do need a humidifier going , to avoid the dryness. Chicago is getting Arctic cold freeze this weekend and the entire next week and iight be using this as an additional heater in my living space I use it more often in the lowest setting running the fan to clear off cooking smells. It runs quiet which is nice.
