Great when it works!

Hoping this one is just a dud and we can exchange for a working model. This is our third Dyson heater and we are loyal customers. We know how great they are so this must be a one off lemon.

I have an older Dyson fan/purifier and am so impressed with the functionality. I had been looking at other purifiers but they were either extremely expensive or didn't cover enough square footage. I love that I can use this as a heater, fan and purifier.

One thing to note, when we first opend the box and placed it down we were all set to return the unit because it was making way to much noise to be working currectly, but once we moved the unit around the nosie stopped, we believe the issue was it was origally placed on an unever surface! just something to be aware of.
