Heater and Cooler work great despite some other reviews that said it did not. We use it in our master bedroom and it regulates the temperature nicely. Works best if you close the door…plus the air purifier bit seems to work as expected. Only issue is you cannot adjust the temperature from the app which would’ve been nice.

I am looking forward to the heating feature. I already have a Dyson with cool and air purifier as well as just a heat and cool fan. And getting a refurb is a bonus!

The volume of heat or fan power output is weaker than you'd think from a Dyson product. Compared side by side to much more cost effective solutions out there, I would say this product performs similarly or even a little worse on the Heating functionality portion.
