So much stronger, bigger, and battery life is awesome! Only issue I have is holding the trigger to keep the unit on but it safes energy so I understand the reason behing it. Would definitely recommend this unit.

the product is amazing, only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was the shipping experience/boxing of item. definitely was opened and returned and sold to us as new, it was new, but definitely unboxed and reboxed. went to the store, they did offer to return, but couldn't exchange because no more were in stock . fortunately it works couldnt

This is my second dyson vacuum, coming from a V8 this V15 works a lot better. The laser thing is pretty cool however its only on certain attachment(s) for the vacuum, but it is very helpful. It’s also nice that the vacuum automatically increases strength as needed, I figure it would help increase battery life over time

We got new carpet, so why not a new Dyson to go along with it? This thing is great, has lots of good attachments, and the hard surface attachment is awesome. Even on our new carpet, it picks up TONS of stuff. I mean, this is exzactly what you want. However... on aroudn 600 sq ft of carpet on our main floor, if I vacuum it all, with 2 dogs I fill the canister 3 times, and by the time I'm done with it my hands hurts so much from holding the terrible handle and having to constantly hold the button. Well, I bought a modification to hold the button on, which is great, but it doesn't make it easier to hold. No joke, my hand will ache for hours afterwards. This handle is in no way ergonomic. I have a 20 year old Dyson DC17, and have never had any issues holding it while vacuuming the entire house. If this vacuum were $300, I's say it's an outstanding deal. But at $700+, it's a ripoff.

I absolutely am in love with this dyson! Its great to use the light to pick up dirt and see spots you may have missed. I usually use eco mode and it seems to do the job perfectly. I dont feel like my old cordless samsung was even comparable to the quality of this vaccuum! Battery seems to hold very well also!

We have had this vacuum for almost 2 years now and we are happy. It performs up to our standards, holds a charge well, and is easy to clean out.

I had no idea how dirty my floors were! This light weight vacuum is amazing. It works well on carpet as well as my laminate floors. The battery lasts well. The canister does need to be emptied after each session but that is related to my having 2 dogs that track in leaves from the yard and 1 that sheds!

We like Dyson as a brand and bought this as a "more sucking power" upgrade over the one we had. I think this might be our last Dyson thought, as they just aren't as powerful as other brands that my friends have. Using the extensions/attachments is pointless because there's not enough suction power to get anything up. The main floor attachment works great, though, and helps us keep our 2-dog, 7-cat floors less fuzzy.

This vacuum is lightweight, maneuverable, and provides choices for pickup power. We have hardwood floors, rugs, and carpets. It performs well on all 3 surfaces. Battery life is good; we havent had to charge it while cleaning. Highly recommend this vacuum.

This is my second Dyson and it’s excellent. I had a Shark cordless and I just had to return to Dyson because the suction is second to none. The only thing I wish could be better is the capacity of the debris container. In order to maintain the excellent functioning, you have to empty it before the maximum level, which is not very much, so you have to empty frequently.

Love this product. I had Dyson 8 Absolute previously and got this one and it is beyond awesome. It is a bit heavier but the suction is much more powerful and the bin much larger. Furthermore, the battery lasts me around an hour. My 7 year old loves the light up floor brush and is eager to clean :) win win

Being able to see dust, hair, and other debris scattered on the floor is an amazing feature of this product. It comes with multiple attachments as well for all the different scenarios where a vacuum could come in handy (vacuuming tight areas, fabrics like carpets or couch). Really happy with this purchase

Wow is this vacuum powerful. You can feel the tight suction it has on my hardwood floor and carpets. I can’t believe how much dust my prior vacuum has missed. It’s light, easy to handle and maneuver. I’m now using this thing as a duster on my electronics, furniture, ceiling fans, even walls. Bert investment.

Excellent vacuum cleaner! Amazing battery life and the light shows dirt and messes that you would never catch with bare eyes. I love all the attachments which mean I can use it for any and all tasks around the house. I've never loved vacuum cleaning but with the v15 it's become a daily thing that I love to do.

Got this Dyson on sale for 550$. Was a bit skeptical on spending a lot on a cordless vacuum, but boy am I happy that I did. The auto adjust feature on the suction levels is awesome as well as the length of time the battery lasts on a full charge. I highly recommend this Dyson if budget is not an issue.

I love that the Dyson is accessible and easy to use. There are no long charging hours and absolutely no cords to deal with. The suction power and the green light feature are game changers. With pets and kids, I find myself vacuuming 3–5 times a day, so the convenience really matters. I would give it a 5, but the attachments feel cheap and don’t work as intended. The suction with the attachments isn’t great, and the overall quality of the vacuum has been disappointing. I’ve had to replace it three times in less than five years. Spending almost $800 the first time was a huge dent in our budget, and the durability just hasn’t matched the price.

While our V8 Animal stick vacuum is still kicking, despite having to get a replacement battery about two years in, we moved into a house about 40% bigger that has almost all carpet instead of all hardwoods and tile. This came recommended by family members and it was the best decision! We didn’t upgrade to the V10 or V11 when they came out because their didn’t seem to be much of a difference. That and apparently suction had DECREASED and batteries may or may not have lasted any longer. The upgrades to THIS version? Spectacular, thoughtful, and useful. Like the screen telling you how much battery life you actually have left rather than a blue light that just starts flashing. The attachment that pet hair DOES NOT STICK TO! How is that even possible?? It rolls down the attachment head like a spiral until it gets sucked up clean. The green light to show you dirt? Both frighteningly kind of gross and super helpful at the same time. AND continued compatibility for all attachments back and forth with our V8? I have yet to see any downside. After owning more than one Dyson over the years, this probably the best one yet.

Best vacuum I have ever owned. I have bought shark etc but nothing compares to this little beast. The laser is a total game changer. When you think the house is clean the laser will find everything. It’s shocking house dust etc is missed with a normal vacume.

I had the Dyson ball, and I recently bought this cordless stick. I love that it is cordless. I was amazed at how well it did in our bedroom carpet. It is a little heavy, and you have to hold a trigger for the power (which is a little uncomfortable when vacuuming the entire house). I still love it, though.
