Normally, I love Dyson products but the improvement from the previous model to this one seems minimal. I would much rather keep my older unit that has just as much suction force (seemingly) but doesn’t have the fancy lights that this one has. And I thought the lights were an improvement to the actual vacuum body itself when in reality, the attachment (that fits other older Dyson vacuum models) is what lights up and does give a particularly disgusting insight into how dirty your floor is... overall still a great vacuum but I’ll wait until I can buy one used or on the secondary market for a third of the price. If you need the latest and greatest, this is probably the best vacuum for you.

Amazing vacuum. Cleans the floor better than it has been cleaned before. Easy to use and lightweight.

I bought this Dyson because I have 2 long haired cats! When I tell you that it works IT WORKS! I especially love using the green light attachment because you can literally see EVERYTHING!!!! It picks up fur dust dirt… is it weird to say I enjoy vacuuming in the dark! All the attachments that come with it are all very useful as well. No disappointments here!!!

I love Dyson products because I have the Dyson Ball Animal. I have had it for over 5 years now. My little son said it’s too heavy to vacuum the stairs, so I decided to buy the V15 cordless. I love the way it’s light and cordless. My little helper was excited. 6 months later, the power turns on but it won’t vacuum. I called Dyson directly not even to bother Best Buy. Customer Service was great. They did virtual troubleshooting and they sent me the battery. I connected it and, it didn’t work. I called them back, this time the power button won't turn on, another round of virtual troubleshooting. It didn’t work. I called them again. They sent me a new head filter. I literally have a whole new vacuum with all the parts but the power won’t turn on. It’s been a year of going back and forth with my V15 and it still does not work. In a way, I'm very disappointed. I hope they have a place to physically take it to have a better look at it.

This has been the best vacuum I've owned. Very easy to use. Ive had had several Sharks, a rainbow vacuum but this is by far the best.

My girl is consistently cleaning thanks to the vacuum!!!! Im on the game i hear the vacuum..im in the bathroom i hear the vacuum. Im eating i hear the vacuum ! I call her and i HEAR THE VACUUM !!!!!!Dyson what have you done !!!!!!!!!!!

After a charge, the convience and quickness of a Dyson is pretty much unmatched. Just take it off its charger and go. It cleans my entire home (about 1500 sq ft) on a full charge, and we have a german shepherd that sheds ridiculous amounts of fur. Its able to tackle it no issue.

Extremely impressed with this vacuum. It actually lives up to the hype. I have rugs and tile floors with a cat that sheds 24/7. This vacuum picks up EVERYTHING including fine cat hair on rugs. You are going to be shocked when the laser light shows how really dirty your floors are.

Going to say that I have gotten 3 of these. 1 for my house, 1 for my parents and aunt. They are older and can't move around so much. This is so much better for them taking it up stairs or just moving around with simply because of it's weight. It does the job and easy to clean. Makes it so much easier for elderly and disabled to use and get the areas they need vacuumed.

Very lightweight, easy to handle been wanting a cordless vacuum for a while. Easy to empty when full, haven’t used other attachments yet only downside to it for me is that you have to hold the on button to operate wish it had an on and off switch.

Vacuum is lighter than the older model but canisters is smaller having to empty out more often. Also have to change attachments to go from floor to carpet. Otherwise happy with the performance on suction.

I always heard of dyson being good but based off price i always stayed away...BOY DID I WISH TO BUT THIS SOONER. I have one dog who sheds alot and 2 cats who make a mess with litter and this picks up their mess so good. Yes it is pricey but it is very worth it. Prior to this i had a shark and within one year it broke..so if youre the person to not buy this due to price. think again before you keep buying cheap products.

Top notch vacuum cleaner by Dyson is awesome!!! It is true what they say about Tyson being one of the top brands. For me it is the very top brand. I wish I would have purchased the Dyson a long time ago. I bought this Dyson and life just got a whole lot easier.

I had the same type but 10 years older. Quite the improvements. Longer battery life, stronger power, larger dust, etc collection and uses the same amount of space for recharging. Not cheap but meets all expectations and more and if a 10 year life, then not so expensive.

Suction set on MED/Auto; still very good suction. Not as easy glade on carpet as old V10 but I believe that’s due to great suction and better deep cleaning. Nice to know battery power remaining. The FluffyOptic head is great for seeing dirt/dust on hardwood and kitchen floors. Still Dyson is pricey but best stick vac tried.
