[Employee of bestbuy] I had an old dyson ball for about 20 yeara and it was time for a new one! I got this one and was amazed and disgusted by how much it picked up. Literally picked up so much my carpet became a lighter shade. I will forever be a dyson owner. This model has a great charging base, easy install. Great adapters for all my needs.

I have had several Dyson cordless vacuums over the years and this one is the best. It works very well and I love the way it shows how much time is left before a charge is needed.

Good for general vacuuming and quick clean ups. Getting around the edges of flooring and along molding at flooring transitions requires a change in accessory unlike my whole house vacuum system. I like this vac for in-between vacs with my whole house system.

Has all the bells and whistles in terms of attachments. Really love the furniture attachment for grabbing dog hair. Charges fast and has a decent capacity. Great product!

The vacuum is nice but the use application is very limited to hard surfaces and carpets. If you have rugs this is going to be an issue as it will not work quite right. The general consensus for a solution is to use the upholstery attachment but this is not feasible for a large area rug.

I was deciding between this and the robot style vacuum. After staying with my daughter for a week, the noise of the robo vac was very annoying. She also has the V15 Which she used like an electric broom. I much prefer this method for ease of use and noise. I highly recommend this product. It does a great job

Obsessed. I bought a second for my upstairs level - makes dreaded vacuuming less of a daunting task & the laser lighting makes for more efficient cleaning.

Finally a vacuum cleaner that can pick all the pet hair off my carpets and hardwood floors. Comes with multiple attachments to tackle different flooring types and pet beds, etc. Battery makes it somewhat heavyweight though, but worth the money.

Best purchases I’ve made. I love my dyson. I enjoy vacuuming everything. It is super light and easy to use.
