Dyson has always been her favorite vacuum brand. And this one is much stronger than our old v-10. Plus i like that you can bug additional batteries for this model.

I use it on both carpet and laminate flooring with no issues. Set up was easy, all pieces were there, and I have had no trouble with this vacuum.

I have bought three of these in the past two years one for myself one for my daughter and one for my granddaughter. We all love our Dyson. I was so pleased with my Dyson product. I bought the Dyson hairdryer.

It picks up everything and leaves our floors looking spotless. You’d think the floors were already clean, but once you use this vacuum with its laser feature, you realize how much dirt was still hiding. I’m so glad I found this—it’s a total lifesaver, especially for anyone who struggles to keep up with cleaning.

They had it professionally cleaned. We bought the Dyson V15. I went over everything before we moved our furniture in. All I can say is wow!! It picked up so much off the carpet. The hardwood floor attachment works great. Love the light to show you what is on the floor. Highly recommend.

The con is its a tad heavy and there are a bunch of attachments so to keep it together we bought a stand. I would lean more towards to 4.5.
