The box was damaged, there was visible dust on the vacuum and inside the dust bin, and the wand had a noticeable dent. It looked more like a returned, display, or refurbished unit. The replacement experience was also extremely frustrating. I contacted Best Buy multiple times, received conflicting information, made an unnecessary trip from New Jersey to Manhattan based on incorrect inventory information from online again, and even had a confirmed replacement order later cancelled. In the end, customer service simply told me to return the vacuum rather than actually resolving the replacement issue. Very disappointing experience.

I had an old dyson for a while, and I love it but nothing beats this technology- it’s slick, high quality (like all dyson products) and it helps mg OCD brain, I have fun cleaning now!!! It gets in every little spot with no problems, leaving your house 1000% dust free! Best investment ever - just DO IT!
