It is a great product for a quick cleaning!! If used for too long it needs to be recharged. But it works great, it is light weight and easy to use.

We live in a large house where most of the flooring is real hardwood with some area rugs. This vacuum is perfect on our floors and stairs and battery life and recharging performance is very good. So easy, compact and lightweight to operate and own that it makes the job of vacuuming a lot more enjoyable. Extremely well engineered and maneuverable. Would highly recommend.

Great cordless vacuum. The suction is surprisingly good for a vacuum this size. It is good enough that this vacuum is a substitute for our corded vacuum for weekly cleaning. The collection bin is easy to dump out and the vacuum is easy to recharge. It is also very easy to detach the main unit from the long component and attach the short component.

I love it! I love Dyson products. I own 3 others and all are still working after many years of use. The prices can be intimadating but they prove their worth constantly. I'm handicaped from a broken femur. My new handvac is easy to move around and is much quieter than my Dyson ball vac. I don't get so tired using it. Wasa great purchase for me!

Easy to use , very light clean good fast maintenance

I could not believe the power this vacuum packed! Very impressed. I did read in some reviews about the concern with length of the battery life. However, for us it was a non-issue. I bought an inexpensive wall adapter and just plug in my vacuum - it's always ready to go!

EASY TO USE AND LIGHT WEIGHT TO CARRY, AND GOOD SIZE TO STORAGE

Was super excited about this powerful little device until it died in what felt like 5 min on max mode. Returned the first one thinking it was defective. Received a new one today and I fully charged the battery put it in max mode and cleaned my less than 1000 sq ft home and made sure to time it. Not even 9 min and it’s dead!!! That’s absolutely absurd. The price tag on this bad boy and the actual running time don’t make not one ounce of sense. It literally allows me to clean my entire tiny home but for someone who has a slightly bigger home, this would be a major disappointment. Even with the 150.00 discounted sales price it’s still over 250.00 and I can’t make that make sense. Sorry

Great for light use. Use it primarily for cleaning around litter boxes. Battery not good enough to use as a “primary” vacuum, even in a <1000SF place.

This vacuum works great. The only issue is I believe it was a refurbished one and not disclosed. I went to do the warranty with Dyson and had to call them. She asked if I lived in this one state and I don’t. She was like oh ok. Well the warranty is good until 2024 I said wait it should be 2025. She said didn’t you buy it on this date I said no I bought it yesterday. So she fixed everything for me. Dyson customer service was great to work with. The only other issue was I believe an attachment may have been missing. Other than that a solid vacuum and I do recommend it

there’s nothing else like Dyson vacuum this thing. It’s so powerful and super light. It makes the cleaning actually fun. In addition, it was on sale and my favorite store Best Buy. Very happy client

We love this vacuum! It is our third Dyson cordless. Bought one for the basement and additional one for our party building. Amazing suction and gets into every space imaginable!

Great vacuum for the price. Light weight and not too loud, I am able to use it even when our children are asleep.
