No regrets. Once you get a wireless vacuum cleaner you'll never want to go back. I wish the battery was a bit longer but I just make sure I charge it when I'm done using it for the next time. It actually make cleaning not feel like a chore and it takes up way less space.

Overall, I really like the Dyson V7 vacuum. It is my first experience with a cordless vacuum and I really like how light it is and not having to deal with a cord. The waste canister is easy to empty (after taking 10 minutes to figure out how to open it). It seems to do a very good job of picking up dirt/debris. On high power it says it "only" lasts for about six minutes. I like that (don't want to go overboard cleaning, might pull something) but that might not be enough for everyone. The one thing I don't love is the trigger. You have to hold the trigger to keep the vacuum on. After a few minutes, that's not super comfortable. Also, simply maneuvering the vacuum often results in accidentally pulling the trigger. These are not deal breakers, but things that I believe Dyson has actually addressed on other models (via a trigger lock AND a trigger guard)

I had tried a shark that looked similar to this and the thing puffed out within a month. This is a small powerhouse great for smaller spaces. The canister fills up pretty much once per room but this beast performs just as you would want a Dyson to, but at the price of a Shark. Love this vacuum, it gave me renewed faith in cordless stick vacs!

Going to live this product! I have been loyal to Dyson and this one but far is the best!

So for the longest time I've really hated Dyson's products. I always thought they were cheap plastic and a slick marketing campaign. But after we took our older stick vacuum to a repair shop, we basically learned that all the issues we were having resulted from something being clogged (usually the filter). Empty it more often, it works just fine. This is our second stick Dyson. The major improvement over our older one is the way it empties. On the older model, dirt, lint and hair would get stuck high up in the canister and you'd have to use something long and thin (usually a pencil or screwdriver) to try and get that stuff to fall out the bottom. This design also empties at the bottom, but it now pulls out the center piece (maybe the motor?) up and out of the canister so nothing gets stuck. You can tell they designed this model to eliminate the emptying issues with the old one. I also like how the "max" setting on this is a switch you can move when the vacuum is off, rather than the old one where you had to engage it first and depress a button in the back.

Great vacuum but battery need update as well as the trigger.

This vacuum picks up every thing! Most vacuums lose power and suction over time, but this has not been the case.

This is my SECOND Dyson! I got one for my daughter. The ease of this vacuum makes me want to vacuum ALL THE TIME!!!!! I LOVE LOVE IT! I recommend it to everyone. Seriously. It will make cleaning your home something you can not WAIT to do!

I give 4 stars because the vacuum can’t be fixed on the wall while not being used or while charging, it doesn’t include the hanger part, so you have prop it up against the wall and it is going to keep falling!!

I love it. I use it for quick jobs and things like the stairs and sofas. I considered the higher numbered modeled V's (like V8 etc) but got this one and couldn't be more pleased. I continue to use my corded Dyson Ball vacuum for the bigger jobs, though this thing does a fine job if I don't feel like pulling that one out.

I have a baby and use it every day. Best purchase ever. Easy to use, it stayed charge to clean the house sometimes twice. The cordless option makes it fast to just grab it and use it.

I don't think I've seen a vacuum with the versatility and ease of use this product has, only drawback is the battery life. Otherwise its a product for the money!

It does a great job on hard floors like tile and vinyl plank but the rugs we have seem to give it trouble on the high setting. If you can get it on sale it does get the job done.

I love this vacuum! It is easy to use and not heavy. I can clean in corners that my other vacuum misses. It has powerful suction and maneuvers easily.

Good vacuum overall. Only gave 4 stars because of how quick the battery dies. It’s ridiculous how they make a great vacuum like this with terrible battery capacity.

This cordless vacuum has become my 11th finger. I use it twice a day because I have a very large German Shepherd who shed a lot. This is exactly what was needed to remove his hair from everywhere with ease. I only wished the battery life was a tad longer.
