This is a perfect partner for city commute, premium build quality, very helpful controls and easy handling , great performance. The best part is very easy and quick folding,just in a second. I wish they could have an app for remote access.

This thing was nothing but satisfying from start to finish. Flawless design that is both modern and practical. With 15mi of range and a top speed of 20, your sure to get where your going in no time. Compact and lightweight, built in speedometer, dual and single motor modes, electric breaking, front and rear head and tail light, and three performance levels this scooter has it all.

This scooter is so important in my everyday life, it gets me to where I need to go with no problems whatsoever, rain or shine. Without it I wouldn't be able to get to my job since it is far from where I live and not quite near public transportation. I also use it for quick trips to the grocery store and to take my dog around the neighborhood sometimes. The Unagi app allows me to control and monitor my scooter with ease which comes in handy. Being an All-Access Member allows me to even have the scooter in the first place because the monthly rental subscription is very affordable for me. I am also granted piece of mind knowing that with the insurance that's a part of the subscription- if a problem were to arise with the scooter, I could be sent a replacement promptly. I couldn't be happier with the product and my experiences with it!

Great deal to be able to rent a scooter to use seasonal and return during the colder months when not in use. High quality machine, sleek and modern looking, gets a lot of looks, hold on tight and keep your eye on the road in front of you because they zip and get you where you’re going quick and efficiently. Lot of fun and a nice break from driving your vehicle all the time. Love it.

I can't believe how much I'm enjoying my Unagi scooter! It's so easy to use, and it has the power to take me up steep hills with ease.

Exactly as advertised, great for short trips, I bring it on the bus with me and ride it the remaining 4 miles of my work commute where I would otherwise have to Uber or ride a bike as waking in 115 degree Phoenix summers is not the most enjoyable experience. This thing was a game changer for me

It's alright it kinda starts to break after a month or so and I could hold a better charge but I still like it.

It's fast but doesn't have legs. Battery runs out in less the 3 miles. It also has a small deck.
