I'm laughing that it's giving me an opportunity to review the Enhanced 911 fee. But what is the fee? Well, the is a small charge that shows up on most phone bills, including mobile, VoIP, and some internet-based phone services. It’s not a random add-on or a carrier fee. It’s a government-mandated charge that helps fund your local emergency response system. E911 is the system that lets 911 operators automatically receive your location when you call for help. Instead of having to explain where you are—especially in an emergency where you might not be able to talk—the system pulls your caller information and routes the call to the right dispatcher. Maintaining that system requires ongoing support, so states and local governments collect the E911 fee to help pay for: 911 call centers Dispatcher staffing and training Emergency routing and location technology Upgrades to next-generation 911 systems The exact amount of the fee varies by state, and sometimes even by county. It’s usually small—often around $1 or less—but some areas charge more depending on what improvements or infrastructure they’re funding. You can’t remove it or opt out since it’s required by law, and it goes directly toward keeping emergency services functional and modern. It’s one of those charges that isn’t fun to see on the bill, but it really does support something genuinely important. So, for that, I give the fee 4 stars. Thanks for helping keep my family and me safer Enhanced 911 fee.

I am using this phone for a prepaid service. The voice quality is good and so far I don't encounter any call dropping issue. The battery is impressive. If you only use it a few times then one full charge may last up to 1 week. I have installed a few apps and in general it performances fine. The phone UI is a typical Android phone with some Moto changes, not deeply customized like other brands. The UI is intuitive and you won't have any issue if you use other brands before, like me. The camera and screen is in the average of phones in this price level. I notice its on sale price is even lower when I write this review. Considering its performance and the price, I would strongly recommend it to the user who don't have special requirement on gaming and screen.

I purchased this phone as a back up phone in case of emergencies. But i have started using this regulary sometimes for maps and music.I had my reservations against windows OS as in mobile that too for a sub $50 model. But this one is a good model.Good call reception, decent sound but the screen is mediocre. The biggest plus in this phone is bluetooth 4 which helps to make this a good bluetooth MP3 player in your car and the HERE maps from Nokia which makes this a cheap GPS which can operate offline too.

I had the first moto e before this one and both of them are good solid android phones. The second one has a front facing camera making it a lot easier to take selfies and over all fells more solidly built, i like the grip along the edges, it doesn't fall out of my hand while trying to reach across the screen nearly as much as the first gen one did, and i love that it comes with the latest version of android Definitely worth the price, especially if purchased on sale
