This game is amazing... The graphics are great, the game okay is amazing, there is so many details to the game, which is partially the reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. There are so many buttons to control the fighters that it's definitely hard for a beginner to learn the controls without previously playing some form of fighting game just as difficult. Otherwise the game is great, I'm just not skilled enough yet to get all the controls down.

I am a huge UFC fan. I love the graphics and complete roster on the game. The controls are a little difficult and the reaction times of the fighters is a little off but still a great product.

Next Gen fighter is here, with EA's UFC. This game has a new feel to it, when it comes to the previous UFC titles. It feel's like a hybrid of EA's MMA and and normal UFC game. It takes a little time to get use to the controls, but once you do it's on. This game tries really hard to make it feel realistic, and does a great job. You need to think game plan when fighting, coming out swing may land you a big hit, but if it doesn't, you're done son. Trying to button smash in this game, will empty your character's gas tank fast, leaving you to the wolves. You have to keep your health and stamina on your mind at all times during the fight. Let a limb get hurt too much, and you'll be finished off, or can't punch/kick as well. The new career mode had you fighting for the Ultimate Fighter title, as you work your way into the UFC. And of course you can take your skills online, and prove what you're made of.

Overall, the graphics are great on the Xbox One. The controls, however, will take some getting used to at first. The submission system is different than previous UFC games, and is difficult to use. There is a nice selection of fighters to choose from, but when it comes to creating your own, there doesn't seem to be a lot of options. Everything is preset, such as hair color, tattoo placement, facial features, etc. I'm hoping a future update would allow for more customization options.

Fun game with friends. Lots and lots of fighters unlike previous versions. Don't like how you have to pay for some of them though

EA's first attempt at a UFC game uses much of what we are familiar with from previous UFC games, and tightens up the move acquisitions. The submission mini-game and ground game could use more fine tuning, and stuffing takedowns is nearly impossible for me. The roster is large, with tons of room for DLC improvement. It's unfortunate that Bruce Lee was advertised for the game, but did not come with it.

This is definetly a great simulation of fighting in the UFC. Graphically it is the best looking UFC game out there. The controlls are really smooth but have a somewhat steep learning curve. The character customization has alot of depth but not quite enough in the hair and beard department in my opinion. The fighting is really a satisfying feeling. The bruising and cuts look really good also. I give major props to EA for doing such a great job on there first UFC game. This is a defininate buy for any fan of UFC sports video games.

The graphics in this game are definitely a step up from their last MMA game, but they inexplicably kept everything 'barebones.' Not much to do except exhibition, career, and online fights. Maybe next year EA Sports will make this brand meatier concerning game modes and fleshing out the career mode more. The fighting mechanics are good, but need more polish. Graphics -4, Sound - 4, Gameplay -4, Multiplayer 3, Personal Tilt 3.5. Overall - 3.7

This game is very fun, my son and I enjoyed playing it together. I like how when you first play the game it shows you all the moves and how to have a fair fight. Great family and one on one game! Just can't wait til the games are cheaper! :)

Like the title says, this game is actually addicting, as the story mode makes you work to improve your character and the actual UFC Fighters are fantastic, I love playing this game. It is a great hit with a group of friends too.

This game has amazing game play and is better off after teaming up with ea sports. Would have given it 5 stars but it definitely is not a game you can just pick up and play. If you're in it for the long haul you'll love it.

The animations are amazing. The similarities to the fighters is eye opening. The only critique I have is that the wrestling controls is pretty bad. It is pretty easy for opponents to reverse transitions.

If you're an MMA purist who wants your UFC game to look and play like what you see on TV, you will be disappointed. This is like the Forza Horizon of MMA games. The real fighters are there, and they look the part, but they do very arcadey moves like off the cage superman punches or German suplexes. Sure, some guys can do this in real life, but basically every guy in the game has these flashy abilities. It's also a bit light on modes if you've played the Undisputed games.
