Even on easy, the first level was hard. Maybe it was because we just played 4 rounds of it, but yeah it was difficult. The game is fun though, a bit sluggish at first, but you get used to it. The monsters are pretty cool looking. You got your typical Left 4 Dead types. I paid $9 for the game and it seems worth it. The Platinum Trophy from the guides seems doable, so I'll probably end up going for that. The 3 hours i played it, its fun, i recommend for the price that i got it for.

Spent hours glued to this game! It was really fun going through all the levels & earning the equipment and weapons. Wish it was a 2-player game offline but overall a good play.

If you’re a fan of the “waves” game genres such as Call of Duty zombies, but like to actually flow through the levels instead of having to earn points/ money to unlock areas and doors, this is up your alley. Offers single player or online multiplayer options, which with solo play you still have an AI team of 3 others to assist you in firefights which also allows you to select the AI team’s aid settings. Lower setting if you want them taking out your selected targets more, allowing you to rack up points for leveling up. The weapon arsenal in this game have such quality sound in my opinion! Try the shotgun with your headset on and you’ll see what I mean. Such a loud thunderous roar with every trigger pulled. For fans of FPS styled World War Z or from what I’ve also heard, a “Left 4 Dead” knock off. Though I’ve never played L4D, Earthfall was a refreshing fun take from the overly played zombie war zones.

EarthFall is basically a Left 4 Dead game for the modern day though not as great it is still a really fun game and really solid shooter game play. This game definitely plays better and is way more enjoyable when playing with friends. Recommended for any fan of shooters at a great price.

Plays like Left 4 Dead, aliens instead of zombies. Controls are good, graphics are decent. Worth checking out.

Earthfall not the best shooter in the zombies genre but still can have fun adding something new to the gaming industry your still going to have fun if you like shooters defending off hordes of zombies! Fun Game

If you enjoyed the Left 4 Dead series, there's a good chance you'll enjoy Earthfall. That said, if you don't have friends online (no couch co-op) to play with, your mileage may vary here. Even with bots given "expert" settings and enemies turned down, you'll often be left scratching your head as teammates grab items away from you, don't prioritize properly, or miss revive opportunities. It isn't a continuous problem, but it happens frequently enough that it can undercut a good run through a mission. Still, at the pricepoint Earthfall is offered at, it makes for a solid purchase (or two, as I have done, to gift to a friend,) to sit back and spend an afternoon with a friend or three and help save the Earth from an alien invasion.

So the dev team is 30 people and are influenced by L4D, which is awesome that 30 people could make such a fun game. I'm having a blast with it and am glad I bought it, with update patches and content it will get better. The devs are active on r/earthfall as well which is nice, now let's go kick some alien butt!

Game is ok could have done with better pacing and structure

Got this game to play co-op with my son. We have only played a little bit but its a fun co-op shooter. It had a nice price, and its always fun to find a shooter that I can play with one of my kids, since they are way better and can save me when I get knocked down or out. Can't wait to play it some more.

If you are aliens lover this game is all you need to have hours and hours of entertainment also try online mode with other friends

Earthfall Deluxe Edition fell short of expectations, however it is a good game.

Good Syfy first person shooter plays similar to left for dead.

Its really fun with friends or by yourself when your playing by yourself up the bots A.I.

Great with friends but only worth it if picking it up for under $10.

It’s a bit old and outdated gameplay is fun for a while. Graphics are meh. However for the price I found it’s not horrible. Good change of pace from 4K at 80 FPS on your 2000 dollar computer and 450 monitor.

The levels are a little hard and if you die you start back at that level

got this game at a low price, ok shooter for its price. it was fun to shoot at aliens and weird creatures. is great to play in small periods since most of the game can get repetitive

Wouldn't have even considered it for full price, but for the < $10 price tag for the Deluxe Edition it's worth a shot. If it's on sale, go for it. Otherwise, don't even think about it!
