It takes a little time for the gear to change and get heavier, which is the only thing i dislike. It runs pretty smooth.

Used item with dog hair - bad delivery experience

This will be the last time I trust Best Buy for any large purchases. It’s so inconvenient and not easy to coordinate a return on such large item. They use this as an advantage on their part. Their delivery personnel wouldn’t even remove their shoes upon delivery. So unprofessional.

Posted .Apologies this happened to you. You can reach out to our warranty team (833)YES-BIKE so that we can get this swapped out for a new unused bike. With out team they can create a pickup time for someone to get your old bike when you receive your new onw.
