Excellent bike love it great for work outs at home

The bike is nice and was easy to set up. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because Best Buy advertised it as coming with a 3 month subscription. I have not been able to get through to them or Echelon to activate it.

Had the top of the line EX5-S bike about a week now and really enjoying the ride! Pro's (there are many): -Many adjustment points to get the most comfortable riding position. -Shoes straps so you don't have to buy clip in shoes if you prefer to use sneakers -Bike is HEAVY and feels solid, stay planted even on carpet -Live classes are a great motivator and there's something for all skill levels -The included 21" touchscreen tablet is a big plus - it's bright, and the speakers sound good. -The Echelon Fit app, as far as I can tell, seems to offer all the same features as Peloton. Con's (not deal breakers): -Add more fields to app profile so multiple riders can record their bike adjustment settings -There is no way to turn off the bike - you have to unplug it -App still seems a little glitchy (freezes a lot) but they are constantly pushing updates -Allow Apple Watch connectivity -Bluetooth is just plug and play, but would be nice to expose the pairing function for more control Bottom Line: If you want the Peloton experience for 40% less, buy this bike.

Bought it for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Uses it almost daily more than she used her treadmill, Elliptical and her rower. Money well spent.

This the best bike you can get! Forget the Peloton...This is it! Amazing build quality and the online classes are the jam! If your looking for an exercise bike, don't pass this one up. Took me months to get mine due to Covid-19 but it was well worth the wait.

Girlfriend loves it. Quality is great. Free delivery was a bargain. Pricing better than buying on line. Compact but heavy. Downside is the screen rotation is cumbersome and only works with subscription.

Assembly was pretty easy and the instructions also easy to follow. I've been using the bike daily and really like the ease of use of the touch screen and echelon app. A couple of cons would be the condition of the product it arrived in. The handle bar and bottle holder were slightly damaged. Handle bar had an unsightly indention and the right side bottle holder was cracked on the bottom.

I’m addicted to this bike. It’s has been very helpful in my weight loss journey. I would buy it again. Worth every penny to me. My whole family used this cycle bike.

I no longer have to suffer the pain, hassle, expense and danger of visiting the local gym. My purchase of this bike completed my home training environment for the wife and I. I is so convenient to train at home, and forego the travel to the gym; look for parking; wait for the desire equipment or machine; and hope that it is truly clean before you clean it. And besides you can train at all hours of the day or night (smile). The Echelon bike is a great bike with features that are very close to the Pedeton bike, and the online live classes are excellent. I am very pleased with my purchase. Highly recommend.

Great bike! Love the different workouts. Screen is so beautiful

This bike does not come with a very detailed manual. What I could find on the phone, was to download the Echelon Fit app and use it to get the bike going (Even though I would google the exact model of the bike - Echelon EX-5s for instructions). The app would then say that you were connected, and then within minutes of starting a class on the bike, the screen which is attached to the bike would say you were disconnected and hit here to reconnect. Nothing would happen at this point. Would unplug the bike, and start again. Spent almost two weeks, trying to figure this out. Made an appointment with Geek Squad, and that was a couple of weeks, before they would be coming out. One day, I left the phone upstairs by mistake, and decided to try and sign on through the screen on the bike only, which I had done before, along with opening the app . All of a sudden, at the top of the screen, it said "Connected". At this point, I realized that the bike was talking to the screen, and there was no need to use the app. All the information on the internet tells you that you must downloand the app, in order to use the bike. I did not cancel Geek Squad, as I wanted to make sure that I was doing everything properly. When Geek Squad did come out, I explained what would happen, and mentioned, that I believed that the app on the phone and the screen on the bike, were fighting for the bluetooth. They agreed.

Super heavy bike and I was able to put it together myself. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Setting up my account was also a breeze. I don't understand the reviews that say they didn't get a "code" for the 3 month trial. The instruction manual clearly states that if you purchase the bike from one of their retailers (ie Best Buy) then you need to go to member.echelonfit.com and follow the online instructions. You have to choose a plan and setup an account. However, you get 90 days free before your cc is charged. It seems pretty straight forward to me. As for people who say the bike doesn't shut off, the off button is on the back of the screen (little red button). I haven't taken any of the classes yet nor am I a Peloton user so I can't speak to that. I've only taken in class spinning classes in the past and I'm looking forward to using this bike to increase my cardio capabilities during the winter months.

Bike is great. App is glitchy sometimes but they are working on updates to meet the demand and the echelon community and instructors are awesome! Was supposed to come with 90 day subscription-never received info on how to redeem-spent over an hour on call with Best Buy to report and was told I’d receive a code and never heard back. Did NOT include 90 day subscription.
