Absolutely love this bike. Debated between this and the peloton and honestly you pay extra for peloton just because of the brand. Identical bikes and experience. Love this bike

I'll review again IF EVER we get to use the product.... bought and assembled over 8 days ago... became Echelons repair employees because the screen won't function to connect to WIFI, & Bluetooth won't function properly, Echelon tech keeps communicating through email getting us to spend more hours trying more de-bugs and fixes for a product that is supposed to "plug & play"... try this, try this, try this rather than sending a tech to fix or replace components or diagnose themselves... I'm sure when it works it feels like a Super, Solid and Great Machine, but my review is of the lack of care for how a customer is treated to their satisfaction. It's as if - well, you bought an older model so... you have to expect "bugs"... I admit they are responding and I will retract when satisfied, but my time costs money and I feel we have about equal value to the bike in time spent to this point now. - Technology is great, when it works... - DMH

Beautiful bike but we have the Norditrack rower and assumed Ifit was the same as Echelon’s Fit subscription which is required for the bike to work. The resistance is electronic so without a subscription the bike is useless. Had to return it. Defeats the purpose of a home gym if you’re still paying monthly fees like a real gym (if not more depending on the gym you go to).

The bike is easy to setup. Requires time, however, to figure out how to set up or connect the tablet/screen and the app to the bike and up and running -- The ride is not too bad, smooth and resistance is sensitive -- I realize that, the on-demand or scenic rides are absolutely necessary and require a subscription (free for 3 months). Otherwise their "freestyle ride" is useless for an expensive bike. So the bottom line is the ride on this bike requires a subscription and there is no need for the tablet/screen to pay extra dollars if you don't have a subscription. Otherwise, a much cheaper bike can do the same job. I am disappointed that this is not mentioned anywhere, including their website and the reviews. I probably will go for a cheaper alternative that requires no subscription.

The echelon smart connect EX5s is a great value in comparison to the competition

I tried updating my previous review after experiencing issues with the screen out the box, but I want to set the record straight by saying that Echelon was responsive through the process although a little delayed which I'm sure has to do with the growth and expansion of the business. I exchanged the bike and this time I had no issues with the screen. The bike construction is solid and hope to have good experiences with the live classes. There are tons of on demand classes available as well.

The bike is very solid and comfortable. The display is good too. The only reason for a 4 versus 5 star rating is that the Echelon app - which you must use to ride the bike - is a bit "buggy". Echelon frequently pushes updates which tend to fix one problem while creating another. However, I recommend the bike. Delivery communication from Best Buy was excellent.

Bike is great. The bike is very solid and comfortable. The display is good too. The Echelon bike is a great bike with features that are very close to the "Peloton" bike.

This bike is awesome! My sister got one too and we join live classes together for a socially distant workout and challenge each other. I look forward to riding every day!

Do not buy these kinds of bikes if you don’t plan on paying for their subscription monthly otherwise there’s no point in having this nice big screen it will be useless...

Excellent piece of equipment for the home gym. The only issue would be the seat as it is a bit uncomfortable but easy and fairly inexpensive to swap out.

This is so fun and easy to use. My favorites are Spin class but sometimes I like to just take a ride in the country or some other exotic place.

Literally worth every cent. Not only is it a beautiful bike but it gets the job done. A nice sweaty challenge to have right on your home.
