    This product was difficult to figure out. I had trouble getting music on it and when I did, it didn't copy all of my music, nor did it copy all of the album information.

    I'm running Windows 7 OS and it doesn't automatically recognize this MP3 player because it has less than 8GB. Therefore, it will not automatically sync up with this MP3 player. I bought an 8 GB USB thumb drive, which works great for music storage and does sync up automatically. After downloading music to the USB, I plug the USB into the USB port on my Sony mini boombox. Don't waste your money on the 4 GB version of this Eclipse 180 MP3 player, unless you enjoy frustration.

    Had to return ASAP. As soon as I started putting music on, the MP3 froze. Although charged kept on saying needed charging. Suppose you get what you paid for at that cheap price. Very disappointed.

    This may be a budget product, but I had no idea how little I would like it. I expected to compromise quality at this price point, but this thing was so bad that I couldn't justify keeping it. The controls are poor, with very loud clicks, and the menu layout leaves much to be desired. In all, this MP3 player is one to be overlooked. Spend a little more and get something worthwhile.
