I have had several Ecovacs and my last T8 died due to the DToF sensor malfunction. This replaced that one and I have been impressed with how much quiter it is when on normal mode. The auto empty feature is nice and works well. Lots of hair and debris gets sucked up, but I don't have to empty the bin very often, which is nice! The only thing is that I wished it had the quick mapping feature that the T20 omni has, which I found super nice. Overall, good vacuum and hope it holds up!

Takes a bit to get the software to do what you want - sometimes the vacuum is unable to identify where it is and will begin cleaning the ENTIRE house again. Frustraiting for sure but workarounds are possible - just turn it off, move it to a room that has minimal furniture, and turn it back on.

Having already had two products from this company, I was not disappointed with the Evovac. It works as expected, with functions that are an upgrade from the previous ones I’ve had. The room scanner works great, providing detailed reports on what was cleaned and how well it does. The out clean function is amazing, making sure every corner is spotless. Overall, a fantastic addition to my cleaning arsenal. Highly recommended!

Love the vacuum and the app. Needed to adjust the settings so that it would empty more often due to the cat hair in my house. The mopping function works fine, but it's more just dragging a wet rag around the floor and not thoroughly mopping. But I wasn't expecting that so very happy overall.

Not what I expected. Disappointed the more I use it. Cannot dock (even though it's flat, tiled floor). Does not auto-empty, no matter the setting. Good suction, but has so many issues avoiding furniture, it needs my assistance constantly & the mopping feature is a joke! I might put up with it for half the price! Definitely unhappy & returning! I splurged on a model with auto-empty, self-emptting dustpan but ended up emptying & cleaning it by hand today, after just a few uses! I really don't know if I got a dud or if those rave reviews were sponsored!

I have 3 cats and hardwood floors. This is a lifesaver. Gets every bit of hair up and is fantastic at getting arround without getting stuck. Dont know how i lived without it.

Love this vacuum. Works so well and the app is fantastic. Just wish it would empty at docking center and go back to cleaning. It does get full and doesn’t empty until the battery needs to charge.

easy to set up the app, to use, the only side down is that it only comes with 1 mop pad and no refills, but I like it :)

Really solid product. Easy to use, doesn’t get stuck ever, easy to maintain. Does a great job cleaning the floor and shines it!

I like Ecovacs app and mapping system the best. The map allows me to easily create go/no go zones, identify rooms and change the settings. The only issue is it will sometimes not get on the doc. It keeps trying until the battery dies. I have not moved it or changed anything. It just has an issue maybe once a month. I do recommend cleaning it regularly. Even though it says it wont tangle hair in the brushes it does. It seems like i clean it more often than it cleans my floors...lol

Does great on wood laminate floors. Not quite as good on carpet. Picks up dog hair well. Will use it during the week in between more thorough vacuuming times. Doesn’t replace regular vacuuming with a heavier duty vacuum. Overall, pleased.

easy install and instructions to work the product. cons no extra cleaning cloth and brush unlike other ecovacs. bought product on sale so its good pricing for now. alexa and smart device applicable.

Best vacuum I’ve ever had cleans very good and actually returns to the dock properly

I've tried to like this vaccum but frankly it's junk. It constantly gets stuck, the app doesn't communicate the errors properly or when it gets stuck. The only reason we bought this is if was on sale for black Friday. Would not buy it again.

Great vaccum indeed it not only hold the charge well and do mopping as well. We schedule it to run twice a week but yes we pick every item on floor and keep it away and then it works the best. It cleans carpet as well as floor equally well.

I purchased this when it was an $1100 machine stating it was great for all surfaces and for pet hair. I would have been better off purchasing a $100 robot for cleaning. This thing is so glitchy. It doesnt follow the zones half the time gets stuck and just cleans the same area over and over. Even after creating a new zone still the same issues. Then the key reason i purchased was for pet hair and automatic removal of waste. Well, that is not the case. I have to clean the dust bin manually every single time. What is the point of this machine when it does nothing it states. Oh and last thing, half the time it cant even find its home. Waste of money and will never purchase from deebot again.

Its a good vacuum. Does the work. The issue is the software. The mapping keeps getting off and i have to re-do the scanning. I wish ot was just set and done.

Works well. Placing it a good area is important or else the maps are less useful. Otherwise it works really well, excellent at navigating around things and not getting caught up.

Best buy ever. It vacuums and mops. You can choose the intensity for both chores.
