Having already had two products from this company, I was not disappointed with the Evovac. It works as expected, with functions that are an upgrade from the previous ones I’ve had. The room scanner works great, providing detailed reports on what was cleaned and how well it does. The out clean function is amazing, making sure every corner is spotless. Overall, a fantastic addition to my cleaning arsenal. Highly recommended!

This little guy cleans the house throughly. The set up was simple and seeing the robot map out rhe entirity of the house within minutes was amazing!

Love the vacuum and the app. Needed to adjust the settings so that it would empty more often due to the cat hair in my house. The mopping function works fine, but it's more just dragging a wet rag around the floor and not thoroughly mopping. But I wasn't expecting that so very happy overall.

I bought this when my previous robot vac wore out. It looked attractive with the features for the price but has been flaky from day one and the auto-empty function has never worked properly. It continuously forgets the wifi network and skews the map, with all Ecovacs recommended fixes not working. Maybe I got a lemon, but i do not recommend.

Love this vacuum. Works so well and the app is fantastic. Just wish it would empty at docking center and go back to cleaning. It does get full and doesn’t empty until the battery needs to charge.

easy to set up the app, to use, the only side down is that it only comes with 1 mop pad and no refills, but I like it :)

Really solid product. Easy to use, doesn’t get stuck ever, easy to maintain. Does a great job cleaning the floor and shines it!

I like Ecovacs app and mapping system the best. The map allows me to easily create go/no go zones, identify rooms and change the settings. The only issue is it will sometimes not get on the doc. It keeps trying until the battery dies. I have not moved it or changed anything. It just has an issue maybe once a month. I do recommend cleaning it regularly. Even though it says it wont tangle hair in the brushes it does. It seems like i clean it more often than it cleans my floors...lol

Does great on wood laminate floors. Not quite as good on carpet. Picks up dog hair well. Will use it during the week in between more thorough vacuuming times. Doesn’t replace regular vacuuming with a heavier duty vacuum. Overall, pleased.

My house has no carpet. It has wood and tiled floors. This vaccume maps and navigates around obstacles  with ease. It has a low profile that allows it to get under the overhang of my kitchen cabinets, thats not always the case with other vacuums. It returns to base evertime. The only issue is if you have a dog with long hair like a lab, when it goes to self empty at the base, it often cant suck the hair out. The two ports it uses to suck the debris out are fairly small when talking about sucking a container of hair out of them. To solve this I just set it to self empty more frequently so it would be less hair clumped together. I dont have amy regrets, its a good vacuum.

easy install and instructions to work the product. cons no extra cleaning cloth and brush unlike other ecovacs. bought product on sale so its good pricing for now. alexa and smart device applicable.

Great vaccum indeed it not only hold the charge well and do mopping as well. We schedule it to run twice a week but yes we pick every item on floor and keep it away and then it works the best. It cleans carpet as well as floor equally well.

I purchased this when it was an $1100 machine stating it was great for all surfaces and for pet hair. I would have been better off purchasing a $100 robot for cleaning. This thing is so glitchy. It doesnt follow the zones half the time gets stuck and just cleans the same area over and over. Even after creating a new zone still the same issues. Then the key reason i purchased was for pet hair and automatic removal of waste. Well, that is not the case. I have to clean the dust bin manually every single time. What is the point of this machine when it does nothing it states. Oh and last thing, half the time it cant even find its home. Waste of money and will never purchase from deebot again.

I've tried to like this vaccum but frankly it's junk. It constantly gets stuck, the app doesn't communicate the errors properly or when it gets stuck. The only reason we bought this is if was on sale for black Friday. Would not buy it again.

Best buy ever. It vacuums and mops. You can choose the intensity for both chores.

I like how quiet this model is and that it has 2 rotating brushes for easy pick up
