Had for over a month and it’s pretty amazing robot vacuum. Overall a great robot vacuum/mop/auto dirt dispensing combo. Only issue is sometimes it gets lost when returning to dock. It just need some assistance sometimes to get back to the dock to dispense and charge. If you use the functions to increase mopping water flow, the robot can lose traction, especially when returning to the dock. App sometimes needs to be refreshed (force close and open) to check status of cleaning. Great product!

It used to work properly on schedules but this last month has been issue after issue. This is not fully automated yet. Ecovacs Co. contiues to say delete everything, remap the whole house and recreate the schedules. I've done that and still haven't had satisfactory results. The bot cleans on wrong days and at wrong times. The remapping process takes over a day and wears on the machine with extensive battery draw, along with speeding up the need to replace parts because of the usage tracking.

Great for mopping and vacuuming my hardwood floors. The mop pads can be washed and reused which is another added benefit. It does have some issues with getting stuck in some locations, but oddly enough it won’t get stuck everytime. Smart features are nice for setting boundaries and the robot does a good job of working within the boundaries, for example, not mopping carpets.

Worked well for a year but after 2 will not move more than 10 feet of the dock before shutting down (even with a full battery).

Best purchase I have ever made. I have two cats and this is a lifesaver.

I work for Best Buy and bought this vacuum and I love it. It is great for every day maintenance and getting under tough areas like a couch that you may not clean as often. Can get stuck in some areas, but teaches itself about your space and learns how to get past or avoid difficult spots. Love it so much that I am buying a second one for my parents.

Loving my ECOVACS Robotics Vacuum so far. I have not tried the Mop attachment yet but having a new puppy has certainly helped clean up all the debris brought inside everyday. And he (the puppy) is now getting use to watching instead of just barking. If I had any negative I would just say it is a little loud, but doesn’t really bother me . Easy to set up and clean. Will review again after using the mop .

Excellent vacuum. The mopping thing is good too. Almost fets the whole corners mopping.

Vacuum well, but the mop feature is not the best. Good for a spot mop, or a pre mop of wetting the floor.

Does a great job on carpet and hard surface floors. We have pets and it picks up a lot of pet hair. Our old carpet looks much better now!
