Good robot vacuum, but bad instructions. The instructions covered how to unbox and set up, but didn’t give enough information about how to use the product. They need to explain more about how to complete a map of the house, how to use virtual barriers and how to set up a schedule or plan for daily/weekly cleaning of specific areas.

Our neighbor has done all the research on this and bought one. They knew we were looking to buy one and shared their information. They too bought this from Best Buy. We went right now and got one. Love it!!

Really works great. Does not contantly slam into everything to find it way and the virtual boundry and area cleaning feature is great to use. Really no troubles so far. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Works really well on its own. It does what is described. Ive had it for a month and it has helped me manage my time better. I use it in an office and it has saved me so much time now that I don't have to vacuum the carpet.

For a beginner, I'd think this robotic vacuum with mop and auto-empty station is great for the price. I was certain I can't get all these features from Roomba at this price point, especially after I tried Roomba at a friend's place.

Works pretty good. Took a bit to get a map that represented the floor. Note that the robot will go back and forth perpendicular to the base unit location. So if you have a long house/hallway etc... put the base on a perpendicular wall. Then the robot makes long tracks back and forth. instead of short ones (turning takes more time, less turns, deebot finishes faster)

This product is good. I’m recommended to everyone to buy.

Average mopping. Good vacuuming. Constant issues with map creation.

When it works it works very well, but now sending it back for repairs for the 2nd time. I bought in January and in late February had to send it back as it kept getting a "Bumper is Stuck" error. This error makes it useless. Their instructions say to tap the bumper, which corrects for 1-5 minutes then it shuts down again. I use twice a week for mopping and vacuuming and clean after each use. It took 3 weeks to send it back. It worked good until October and same issue so sending back again. Also, it has never emptied into the empty station. I have had to manually empty the dust bin into the trash. 10 months and I have never had to empty the bag in the station. More annoying but I did pay extra to have the empty station so would like to have that work. Customer support had me try several things but did not solve the issue.

Its not super high end like some and battery dies fast if its on the max setting, but overall does the job well. From my viewpoint I dont nees to vaccum constantly so thats a W for me.

Very glad I purchased this vaccum. It really sets itself up. Sizes the my condo up itself. The only problem I have is it gets clogged with hair,!but I have a golden retriever and her hair is everywhere . My Oreck gets clogged too.

I recently purchased for mop function, it does an excellent job mapping environment, one thing I learned was that I can empty vacuum manually. helps lower vacuum bag usage. I allow it to use bag when I'm not home.

The robot is great! The docking not so great. The auto empty dock has a ramp that the robot had to climb and which is unsuccessful about 75% of the time. Poor robot runs out of battery trying over and over. The auto suction on the auto empty iOS pretty good but because it empties through 2 access points any pet hair just gets stuck between the 2 and never comes out. Since then I returned it and purchased the N8 pro (no auto empty ) with no issues. Great little robot, not so good docking station.

Fantastic purchase. Took a lot of stress away from a busy work week and 2 kids. If you have pets, clean it after every vacuum. I run this bad boy every other night. Run the mop twice. Worth every penny.

Love this thing we are getting out back yard remodelled so there’s dust everywhere from our 5 dogs and this thing just keeps on working mopping and removing dust from our floors

Works great! Easy set up and great empty feature. I can vacuum my house daily for two weeks before emptying this out and we are a family of 4 with two labs and a cat.

Extremely easy to figure out straight from the box. Wife loves how it cleans the basement floors without lifting a finger
