    I had a TiVo bolt for cable tv for about 10yrs a great product. I now bought the edge another great product better picture quality with the hdr. I highly recommend edge for cable with 2tb. I got it for only 25$ plus 250 all in plan. 275 and no more equipment rental from cable company

    Died after 2-1/2 years, with warranty new tivo will cost $150 tivo told me I was lucky to get 2-1/2 out of it. I used to be a big tivo fan with no problems for years now the new tivo sucks I guess I’m cutting cords because of tivo. Won’t even refund me my lifetime subscription that I only got 2-1/2 years out of for $399. Don’t waste your money on Tivo products anymore. Do not buy Tivo!!!!!!!

    Just told will take a couple of days to have tivo activate my account after 30 minutes on phone. Will not have any access anything for days. I think their customer service just sucks . Plus it’s my second box in a month . I think time to get rid of for good

    It's ok but the billing is horrible so you better watch what price they bill you every month if you dont they will rip you off. Then drag their feet about paying the money back
