Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the ease of use, coverage, and setup of the Pro Mesh Wi-Fi 5 System. Many appreciate the improved range, performance, and signal strength, resulting in a better overall experience. However, some customers find the price to be expensive, and a few have noted that the units can get warm. While some buffering issues were reported previously, the system largely resolves these problems for most users.

The eero solved my problems of having internet dead space. My connectivity problems disappeared with this combination WiFi router extender system. One on each floor extends the signal to all the dead spaces.

This WiFi Mesh System is absolutely amazing! I had researched other systems however the salesperson at Best Buy sold me on Eero. The customer service at Eero is outstanding.

My home is 4800 sq ft, 3 floors. This system was easy to hook up and gave us full bar connectivity throughout the house and on the deck. Expensive but very much worth the investment.

System is working as expected. I think its too early to rate. Haven't been a good month yet. However my kids are happy. Prior to installing they complaint about drop and slow connections.

I was concerned if it was going to perform. As to I have a masonry block home with a lot of dead spots. I had to have an extender with a previous router and it didn't solve my issue. It works better than I expected!

The reason we changed was I built a detached garage and want wifi in there. We had to buy 4 eero pro mesh to get the garage connected as well as in the entire house. 1 basement, 2 main floor and one in the garage. We used to have one Netgear to cover the entire house with no weak signals.

Easy to set up. The range between the 3 extenders are not as long as I expected. I live in a 3000 sq ft home, built around a courtyard in the middle. I could not get the 3rd extender to set up in a bedroom facing the main unit which is directly across the small courtyard.

At first they were pretty good but then we started to get intermittent WiFi only after 2 weeks! The eero itself also tends to get very hot, like burning!! For that price am definitely expecting more...

Eero was just what we needed for our spread-out ranch style house. Regular WiFi wasn’t consistent throughout house. Eero works great. Thanks to Geek Squad for suggesting it and setting it up!

I previously was having issues with a Spectrum provided router, replaced 2 times. Decided to get the good stuff and have not regretted it so far in the 3 weeks of having them (3eero’s).

I tried another brand that was a little cheaper, but it couldn't stay connected. Eero was recommended to me at the store as being more robust and able to deal with environmental issues. They work great.

The Eero pro pack gives you three units that can connect via Ethernet or WiFi. The main unit connected to the ISP modem will give you the native speeds you are paying for with your ISP. However, the units that talk back to the main Eero unit can have a reduction in speed about 40%- 50%
