My husband had to open it up (he had no idea what he was doing but didn’t like the idea of it breaking within 24hours of purchase). And play about. Needless to say It worked!

Everytime I go to her house, the batteries are missing. So, either this thing is driving my brother in law crazy, or she's playing with it a lot. I bring extra batteries everytime I visit.
