The delivery of my Samsung dryer was early . Everything went good and I was proud to have such a premium item.

Professional a dryer installation with full inspection after installation.

Took from a November purchase until May for the installation to occur. In addition, when I called BestBuy prior to the installation and asked if the installer would be doing the dryer vent as well, I was assured that yes they would. Then upon arrival, the answer is NO - not allowed in my State. Would love to have received accurate information up front, as this required another subcontractor to complete.

Installation of washer + dryer was great, but there were dents left on the left side of washer after installation.

Very diligent in their work. I just wish they would gave us a few instructions on how to use it

The only thing I'm happy about is that i didn't have to carry it up the stairs myself, the install itself was really bad. They completely crushed the vent when they shoved the dryer back to the wall. I had to move it myself and crawl back there to re-install the vent on my own so that it would work properly. The 2nd pic is what I did on my own. Will not use best buy to install anything in the future.

Courteous, professional, and on time. Funny thing was that the Geek Squad showed up to deliver and install. Installation was free. That's always a plus.

The delivery is on time. What is very unsatisfying is the installation service. We just moved in to a newly constructed condo with a standard laundry room. The room can hold the washer and dryer either side by side or stacked. During the installation process, both my husband and I found it very frustrated with the installation technician. Before we made the purchased, I took picture of the laundry room to show the staff in the store to make sure we could stack the washer and dryer together. The staff in the store told us that we could. So we purchased all the required parts from the store for this installation. When the technician came, we told him we would like to have the machines stacked and placed on the right side of the laundry room. He looked at the room and told us this was not doable and explained his reasons. Since we trusted his profession, we told him we were ok to place it side by side. He then started working on it. A while later, he told us that placing it side by side was not doable either. And he seemed unsure what to do. My husband looked at it and suggested to try stacking them as we initially suggested. He did try, but he did not placed the machines to either side of the room. He placed them right in the middle of the room. His reasoning was that the wires and the vent for the dryer were not long enough if placed on the right side of the room. So according to him, it had to be in the middle of the room, which was totally not efficient for us to use the room space. He then left. My husband took a look at the wire and vent at the back of the machines and found that the technician did a messy job on placing the two items. We believed the two items had enough length if we moved it to the right side of the room. So we fixed it ourselves. Now the machines are placed on the right side of the room and work fine. Although this delivery and installation service is claimed to be free. But given that we were required to purchase the necessary parts from BestBuy (not Amazon or other stores), we all know that you have charged a "fee" in this process. It is not true free, which is ok as long as the job is done. However, based on my experience, I highly doubt the your technician's professionalism and problem-solving skills. In our case, we need to take over the finish the job ourselves. This is very disappointing. It is my first time using your installation service. I am not sure if I am comfortable to have your technicians do it next time when we are in need.

Worst customer service and installation. My new expensive washer and dryer are neither installed properly and got damaged during the delivery and installation! Service was totally unprofessional.

My husband had to help carry these machines in and the dryer was never properly installed. One of the drivers was too good to complete the service we paid extra for and his main focus was flirting with a married woman. We paid extra to have our machines installed and now since I've called to complain about my service best buy is lying and being excessively greedy. They are telling me I never paid to have my washer and dryer installed and that I would have to pay AGAIN to have someone come out and fix what the last guy did not do... WHAAAAAT???? How did I never pay for the service but they're telling me I have to pay again? Please take your business elsewhere. Best buy is a scam

I always recommend installation of my products and BestBuy comes through!

Technicians just quickly plugged in the power cord, turn on the dryer, and immediately left WITHOUT COMPLETING ALL THE INSTALLATION. The VENT KIT and STEAM NOT INSTALLED. It’s unbelievable and very appalling. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The crew was great! They installed the equipment quickly, were friendly and professional.

The product is great, but the install experience not so much. Installers are not taking accountability of making a big scratch on my stairway wall...of a brand new built house. How cool *sarcasm...the vendor made no effort to fix or do right by it

If I could give this negative stars I would. This was the worst install I’ve ever experienced in my 40 years on this planet. The installer was so incompetent it wasn’t even funny. He couldn’t understand that my 27 inch dryer would fit through my 29 inch door even when I showed him on a tape measure. As you see in the pics it fits!!! Instead he told me I would need to reschedule my appointment since he said it wouldn’t fit. I convinced him to try to bring in the new appliance, which did indeed fit through my door. He then wouldn’t haul away my old appliance as he again said it didn’t fit even though it was also 27 inches and I paid for the haul away service. He then tried to take off my door and didn’t have more than a screw driver with him. I ended up telling him to just leave and got it out the door myself within three seconds after he left. I then went to use my dryer the next day and the vent kit that he installed fell off. After further investigation, we realized that he only put on 1 of the 4 required clamps that came with the vent kit. He just pushed the vent tubing on the dryer side into the back wall to hold it without putting a clamp on it. The other 3 clamps were also no where to be found. I called Best Buy to get this resolved and asked them to send a new installer and vent kit and after an hour and a half and five customer service representative and supervisors, we have yet to get a new appointment or a refund on the haul away.

Completely satisfied! Installers were awesome! Really professional and courteous! Would highly reccomemd!

Damaged surface of dryer door during delivery and installation. Nice gentlemen but we’re too much in a hurry. We were told at least three times they had to hurry six deliveries in San Antonio so they could get back to Houston. Dryer was placed face down on styrofoam blocks in the driveway but slipped at least once. Probably when damage occurred. Washer also had a small scratch, although much less noticeable. I bumped it up to two stars only because the younger man at least wore a mask and didn’t act like the delivery was inconveniencing him. The older gentleman could learn from him.

The Best Buy installation team was very professional, efficient, and prompt. The installation of an appliance ever!
