I recently purchased a new electric dryer from Best Buy, and I decided to have them install it for me. I was a bit hesitant at first, because I've heard horror stories about appliance installers damaging walls and appliances. They took the time to explain the installation process to me and answer any questions I had. They were also very careful not to damage my walls or my new dryer. Oh my God! Best crew members ever. Outstanding service. They were very professional and polite. They explained to me all that I needed to know while they were installing the merchandise. I'm very grateful to them and for now I'm very happy with the product. I heard LG was a very good brand and so far is not a lie.

I had no issues with my order. My dryer works well as I hoped. I like Samsung products. They look sleek and, works great. I am glad I made this choice my clothes dries in no time. I also got reward points from my purchase. So, it’s like cherry on the pie. I am a happy customer.

Dryer replaced same model which had a terrible rattle while it was drying. This unit works as expected-sounds like it is tumbling clothes and not shaking a tambourine. Best Buy has been great in getting a replacement to me. Johnny who has delivered all my recent appliances did a great job and he has a winning personality as well. Only one caveat, the dryer had a very small ding in the paint on the front. Had to have a Geek Squad guy out who had to order a small bottle of matching paint.

Prompt, professional install of electric dryer. Noted a problem with existing hoses and provided a new one to prevent delay in install. Provided clear instructions on basic use of appliance. Did testing to ensure vent was clear of blockage problems.

Love my new dryer, This is my 2nd LG dryer. The last one lasted a good 16 years. I really like how big the tub is.

Took 20 minutes to get help, person tried to help and we new what product we wanted. Made the purchase and waited for our new dryer. Upon delivery I was asked where was our new “stuff “ needed to install. No one said I needed “new” stuff. I’m a preferred customer, qualified for free delivery and installation. NO NEW STUFF, NO INTSALLATION!! I’m 75 years old, veteran and retired. No excuses! I installed it and it works great. That’s the facts.

Made sure everything was carefully installed and even tested operation and gave tip on how we should run the dryer for an hour before a first load. Very impressed with their professionalism.

The men who delivered our washer and dryer did an excellent job. Both were easy to install. They were very careful in bringing the appliances into the house, not a scratch on the wall. Fast and efficient.

We had the Geek Squad install our Samsung 7.5 cf flexdry electric dryer. Model DVE55M9600V. Seems like something you could tackle yourself but there are so many settings and cycles and it’s heavy. it’s not easy. They installed the dryer, explained all the cycles and asked me if I had any questions before they left. The installation was quick and done right!! Geek Squad thank you for doing a wonderful job!

Great dryer Great Appliances professional advice and installers I highly recommend

I purchased a LG WASHER AND ELECTRIC DRYER and I love them both. They both work great. The washer washes my clothes very well and efficiently and the dryer dries my clothes quickly and efficiently. The installation was quick and professional. Jose did a great job installing everything. Thanks

Took them less than 40 minutes to deliver and finish install. They work great and efficiently. Great price on both pieces.

The Geek Squad (2 member team) came out in the time frame I was told. One of the team members called me when they were about thirty minutes out. They were very professional in all aspects. They installed very quickly. I will say we followed all their pre-install instructions and had everything ready. I only have one negative thing: when they moved the dryer back, it crushed the dryer vent tubing (see picture below). I did not see it before they left and I do not think they knew they did it. I got the impression that, had I alerted them to it, they would have resolved it. It does not impede functionality in any way, more of a cosmetic issue and given the location, we will leave as is.
