They did a great job on the install. Very smooth process.

Installers were very respectful and quick. Install of my stackable washer & dryer took about 20 minutes. 2 man job. They took all the boxes and trash with them.

I can get by pretty well on my own, but when it comes to appliances, I rely on the know how of the pros. I am so glad that BB offers installation. Their people are knowledgeable and so polite. I have used this service every time I have made a big ticket purchase! It turned out that the outlet for the dryer was installed incorrectly, so they couldn't hook it up, but all is well now!

Absolutely LOVE my new dryer! Not sure how I have managed life without this dryer. The Auto Dry sensor is Definitely the best option on this dryer!! I put 6 pair of Levi’s in the dryer, set it on Auto Dry and 22 minutes later the dryer shut off and my jeans were Completely Dried!!! ps… (I have the set- Washer & Dryer..Love Both)

The install went so smoothly. I took the door off the hinges to make it as easy as possible for the install team. The got my old dryer out, gave me a few minutes to clean up where it once sat, then got the new one inside and installed in 5 minutes. They were super kind, which I truly appreciated the most out of everything. I’ld definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could!

This is 90 days after installation. Found out the dryer power connection was installed incorrectly, which caused my dryer power to be fault. Because past 90 days Best Buy won't cover repairs. Product might still work, but i won't know unless I pay for the repair of the power outlet myself. Will NEVER buy dryer install support from Best Buy again.

We are pretty happy with this Maytag dryer. Like any new appliance it takes a little getting used to its features, but it does a fine job.

Excellent service and installment. Two men arrived to install our washer and dryer and they were great! Our laundry room is on the third floor of our home so it's already tough having to carry the appliances up. They were efficient, quick, and were professional throughout the process. Highly recommend having Best Buy deliver and install.

First of all I would like to state that the installers were very courteous and efficient and they did a good job. My main complaint is with the metal vent that BB sells and use for their installations. It comes in one size 8 ft (Extended) and for my installation (probably most), it is far too long. As shown in the attached photo, the vent had to be looped around which meant that the dryer had to be placed nearly a foot from the wall. In addition, I would assume that lint from the dryer would collect at the bottom of the loop and clog the vent causeing a fire hazard. I may be far too picky but this is unacceptable, especially give the limited space in our utility room. I have since filed a request that the vent be cut and the dryer be reinstalled. It's been two weeks and still no response regarding my request. I probably will have to redo it myself.

Awesome guys came over went the extra mile dealing with my houses old old pluming but set everything up cleaned up after themselves and took away all the old stuff and all the cardboard from the new stuff. Guys were very pleasant and professional thank toy to the two men that came to my house in Cadillac from the Traverse city best buy geek squad.

The installers did a particularly good job. There’s not a lot of wiggle room in my narrow laundry room yet they got it installed and usable very promptly

I've had nothing but trouble with this LG dishwasher. First, the motor went out, which the repair guy told me was due to incorrect install by Best Buy. Then the top sprayer fell off for no reason. If it actually gave a superior clean, I could overlook a few things, but the dishes come out inconsistent. Quite often, a few of them are left dirty, we're talking simple coffee cups. This dishwasher is awful. I will not buy another LG.
