This is 90 days after installation. Found out the dryer power connection was installed incorrectly, which caused my dryer power to be fault. Because past 90 days Best Buy won't cover repairs. Product might still work, but i won't know unless I pay for the repair of the power outlet myself. Will NEVER buy dryer install support from Best Buy again.

The two guys were amazingly professional. They finished the job in a blink of an eye. It's like they were created for such jobs. I wish they send them to install my refrigerator at my other property.

I've had nothing but trouble with this LG dishwasher. First, the motor went out, which the repair guy told me was due to incorrect install by Best Buy. Then the top sprayer fell off for no reason. If it actually gave a superior clean, I could overlook a few things, but the dishes come out inconsistent. Quite often, a few of them are left dirty, we're talking simple coffee cups. This dishwasher is awful. I will not buy another LG.

Great experience with home delivery and install for washer and dryer. Tech did a great job placing and hooking them up in a small closet location, then took time to put everything back as it was originally. Very courteous, tested both units, and made sure to point out the warranty cards. Highly recommended.

The installation process has been a bit longer than usual. Since the area where it is located is very reduced, they had to come back after I had a Plummer come and cut the tube where the gas dryer hooks up. I don’t need this anymore since I got electric. Once that was done, I had rescheduled to install the dryer only. The first time I tried the dryer it already told me I had 80% clogged up. How? It was the first time using it.

Love the color and style. Large wash tub. So far, so good.

The day of my appointment, the person who was installing my dryer was on time and the service was done very quickly and with no mess. The guy was respectful and they were both wearing mask and gloves the service was done quickly efficiently and I was very satisfied with what I got thank you Best Buy

Dry and washer worked good, they put a whole in my wall while installing them and didnt say anything about it

Install was done incorrectly. The shipping bolts were not removed from the washer, the dryer fell off the washer the first and only time the washer was used. My wall is damaged! I can't speak with anyone who can speak English, and the last lady was SO rude. Its been over a week and still no one has come to repair the issue, no compensation for the damaged wall. I Regret shopping with this company, and NEVER will again!

Excellent, everything is a spare part to be able to install the dryer we bought. Everything turned out excellent.
