The installer noticed the salesman forgot to sell me the new vent hose for the dryer so instead of scrapping the install he gave me the vent hose

These guys are professional and take their time with installs. I've had guys previously punch holes in walls and ruin the new equipment, not these guys though! They're top notch. They successfully installed my stacked washer and dryer into a pretty darn tight space.

Bought my Washer and dryer to be installed in my new house before moving in a few months later. Upon moving in, I found out the dryer vent was never installed, and some of the parts bought for the installation are missing there. And the hose look like they tried to jam in the vent couldn't get it in and gave up. Best buy won't do anything to fix this. Do not buy from them.

I have had 3 best buy appliance purchases the first two months this year. The dryer was the worse install. I tipped the guys that installed the washer and the freezer, but the dryer in a different story. the vent looks like a lint fire waiting to happen. They struggle to attached the vent. a fair rating is being kind.

My family owned LG washer and dryer for while. Now I do, I love it.

The Guys were so professional and quick. They explained to me what they were doing. The guy even let me know there were dents. I thought that was nice because he didn’t have to do that.

The gentlemen who installed our washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were very polite and courteous and we are very pleased with their service. They still require a little training on installing the electrical power supply line. This was not installed properly there was no Romax connector. This little item protects the power cord from becoming cut on the metal on the back of the unit. See photo below

Delivery was on time. Install was fast, professional, and correct. Didn't do haul away on the dryer because it was still working.

They were so fast. But vent had been installed bend.

Bracket installed wrong side causing front of dryer to overhang washer. Photo is after I corrected it. Less vibration and no front overhang.

Like I said with the washer…. On time, polite and gave me time to clean before the new stuff was installed.

Dreadful. I was their last stop of the day and it showed. No idea what they were doing with the vent. They left me with a 90 degree elbow joint attached to a ridiculously long vent tube that they claimed they couldn't attach to my vent pipe (straight behind the machine) as there was not enough pipe to work with, despite there being a piece in the installation kit (that I was forced to buy), that was expressly for that purpose. I had to spend more money doing the installation myself. They were out of there as quick as they could go. Should never have signed off on it but they were that quick I didn't check the work properly. Complete rip off.
