Chose the installation option for the range as it was the price of the range cord that was needed. The installers were quick and efficient while hauling my old range away. The installer informed what I needed to do to finish setting up and now the range works as it should.

No issues with the oven itself, it works great and has lived up to expectations so far. The installation service was not completed. The old oven was hardwired to the electrical supply and eventually after a number of phone calls was told that they could not do that type of installation. Would have saved us time if they had communicated this when they first delivering the Oven. It would also be helpful if the call center returned and also followed up with customers. My next large appliance purchase will probable be with a smaller supplier even if I have to pay a little bit more. Not a good experience as far as the installation is concerned.

The delivery was on time and very quick. The installers were careful and efficient. The range was tested and approved before they left. All packing materials were removed from the site. Very pleased with the installation people.

I needed a new range just after Labor Day and this was still on sale. It's attractive and wasn't over the top expensive, so I purchased it. It seems to work great, so far. I like the Wifi features, but not sure how much I'll use them. When I set up delivery, I requested install as well. It was listed as an item on my invoice. Unfortunately, the delivery guys just placed the range in my kitchen and were about to leave. I asked about my install and was told they don't do that and it would cost extra. So I called a friend over to help me get it in place, level, and connect to electricity. It's a shame I kept the $40. tip I had on the counter for them. I ended up buying the matching microwave from Samsung directly.

The stove is nice looking and works well for an electric stove and has many features that I am still exploring, like a tray to divide it into a double oven and a Sabbath setting.

“ANGEL” and his assistant we so thorough and professional and they provided me with answers to multiple questions immediately and knowledgeably! They were SUPER XAREFUL WIRJ MU HOME AND THE PATHWAY TO ITA DESTINATION! They even drove safely and carefully over our newly asphalted drive and we concourses and friendly. I really enjoyed them. They are good people!

I bought a new electric range and had Best Buy deliver and install. The new range had a glitch that caused a flashing display, so the technicians contacted the store to report the issue and then scheduled a day to replace the range with a different new one. The technicians were very professional, polite, and friendly. The same technicians replaced the new range, which works great, and provided the same outstanding customer service. Thank you!
