Great service. Techs arrived when they said they would. Provided great communication throughout. Delivery, unpack, prep and installation took about an hour. Only downside was the oven / stove was scratched. BestBuy Geek Squad support called and offered to replace or give me a BB gift card credit. Waited two weeks and nothing arrived. Called them back and they had no record of discussion. Started over to get BB credit and currently waiting.

Purchased this along with a new Dryer at the Marysville, WA. Location. At the same time I also purchased a new oven. I bought both at the same time along with an Installation of both AND a haul away of the old dryer and oven. This was to to be done on the same day and I made double sure right there that it was in the contract/receipt of purchase, since I had to may sure someone was home at that specific date for the delivery/install/haul away.
Well, on the day that all of this was supposed to happen the delivery drivers dropped off the oven/dryer in the garage. When asked about the install and haul away, they said they didn't know about that, and drove off, leaving the new oven/dryer in the garage.
Of course I was very upset about this since I had to plan my work week around this one day so this could all get done at the SAME time as I PAID for in the contract.
I immediately called Best Buy, was shuffed around to 5 (Yes actually 5) different people, got two different case numbers, bui not a single person could remedy the situation and/or tell me why the delivery team could NOT do the install/haul away as contracted, or even tell me when the install/haul away could be done.
Even more frustrated with the whole situation, I physically went back to the Marysville WA Best Buy the next day.
I asked to speak with a manager and was introduced to Supervisor Jackie T. This is where my experience was completely turned around to the 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. I would give the first install team a 1 ⭐, but Jackie and the actual team that did the install/haul away deserve a 5 star, so in this review, I won't let the first delivery drivers ruin this for them.
Jackie was professional and followed up immediately by setting up a new date for the installation any haul away of the old oven/dryer. The new date was 8 days away, but she said she would follow through with me in the next couple of days and do her best to get a sooner appointment.
True to her word, she efficiently followed through via my email and got me an appointment two days away. I really appreciated her follow through in fixing this delema.
On the day of the install/haul away the team of Devein and Jamal did the job. You should be so lucky if you get these two! Very effiecient, hard working, they did a fantastic job at the install and haul away of the old oven/dryer. They were very fast and cleaned up the area in a snap!
Overall, I am very pleased with the follow they of Jackie, Jamal and Devein. Thank you very much for correcting what could have been a disaster.

This was a replacement one due to the fact when they came out to install the over the stove microwave, they burnt the blanked that was covering the stove. Well long review short they offered to replace the stove as it was less than a month old. The stove is fantastic my only issue is this one is not level like the other one. You can see it lean to the right.

The gentlemen that arrived for the installation of my new range were professional and knowledgeable. We initially had an issue with the range not powering up but after further investigation with BestBuy Customer services and the help of google, we determined it was our breaker switch. The range works perfectly.

Install was quick & easy. Had to replace original delivery due to scratches and 2nd install was more detailed then 1st. Installer explained everything in detail and ran oven to remove residue from factory.

Best Buy's third party installer damaged our brand new LG range by scratching the bottom drawer from one end to the other. He also left the range nearly two inches out from the wall after installation. When I asked about moving it closer to the wall, he said it wasn't possible because of the power cord. After insisting that he help me, we were able to move the range closer by simply tucking the power cord in toward the bottom of the range. He then bolted our new LG microwave to our over-range cabinet, but left the old microwave mounting bracket in place. This resulted in the microwave angling downward toward the range at roughly a 10 degree angle. It was also off horizontal level by nearly 2 degrees - leaving it angling down and to the right. He stated he did not have the proper tools to replace the old microwave mounting bracket, but would return Saturday or Sunday (from a Friday appointment). It is now Tuesday afternoon, and he has not returned or called to follow up. To aggravate the experience, the installer actually requested that I sign a form indicating he successfully completed my install.
The day of install, I contacted Best Buy immediately after the installer left - with my microwave hanging precariously from our cabinet. I first opened a chat dialogue on Best Buy's website. The chat representative told me to call Best Buy via phone for a resolution, which I did. I then spoke to a Geek Squad representative by phone who assured me the damaged range would be replaced and our microwave install would be completed. He stated a manager would contact me the following day to proceed. A manager did not call me the following day, as promised (And, has never called). So, I called Best Buy again (my third contact). The girl I spoke with listened to me summarize my issue all over again, and then cold-transferred me to an install representative (My fourth contact). The install representative stated she had no record of my previous two phone calls and one chat (3 contacts in total). So, I summarized my situation for a fourth time. The representative scheduled a reinstallation appointment for the microwave and told me the damaged range would be addressed by the local store directly. I have not yet received any word from the store about a replacement, any confirmation of my reinstallation appointment, any confirmation of my four separate customer services contacts, or any follow-up communication from Best Buy whatsoever. Further, the tentative reinstallation appointment will mean a full week of having our new microwave hanging insecurely from our over-range cabinet.
I have done business with Best Buy for many years. It was a natural choice to purchase my new appliances from them, based on my positive experiences over the years. However, this debacle has wiped away all of that positive history. Hands down, this was the worst installation experience, worst customer service experience, and most disappointing purchase experience I have ever had. My relationship with Best Buy is now scheduled for termination.

I love my new stove. The only reason for not rating 5 stars is it takes a bit of work to keep the glass clean.
I love baking with the convection option cooks faster and better.
The slow com option (when placed on high gave me a great slow cook taste fora rack of ribs, but cooked way faster than I expected (3hrs instead of the 6 I expected for Ribs) so you want to keep checking on the food even in slow cook mode.
Delivery left much to be desired but customer service offices did make it right.
First delivery crew refused to make delivery claiming that stove would not fit but refused to take it out of the box and measure (as I had already measured it in store). I had to go to the warehouse and call customer service to get another crew to deliver. The second crew came days layer abs successfully delivered the stove and it fit perfectly!
Customer server center and warehouse staff were excellent and did all they could to make it right.

My install was completed in a timely manner once they arrived. The stove was installed with the anti tip brackets. This is important to prevent injuries. I am very pleased with the outcome. Looks great!
