Install was good - guys were very nice, polite and fast

Guys did a great job with the delivery, install and haul away of an older unit in a rental property. No issues whatsoever and very friendly/efficient.

Mike Milner and Rodney Evans were really great to work with. Professional, friendly, and very accommodating of my needs. They brought the range all the way into my kitchen, up the back stairs and hauled away the old one. They also fully installed and checked if the range was working, this included all the settings and burners and oven. I really can’t be more impressed or thrilled.

The gentlemen that delivered my electric range needed these tools to install my range and they worked perfectly.

Other than not making the time schedule the service guys did a great job bringing it unto the house and hooking up the cord

Very professional and nice. Installed without scratching a thing. I was worried too because we have an island in the kitchen that can be cumbersome when moving large items around the house. Install was quick and we where cooking in no time at all.

Range was not leveled as the installers said since it doesn’t rock it’s ok. I placed industrial level on the range & it was way out. I pulled out range to level, discovered damage to back of range that was done while delivering. Customer Service was very helpful to correct the situation. Hence 1 star for delivery, 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for average

Great oven, looks stylish and I am now very happy with the product. The oven fan was was very loud and had a high pitched sound. Best Buy replaced the oven and offered great service, however, the LG customer support, under the manufacturers warranty, was very poor. Total tech gives you very good peace of mind that any issue will be resolved.

The first installers (3rd Party) did not input Corrine refused to level the range. Upon insistence they did it. They refused to remove the plastic price label stuck on the oven door. We couldn’t use it till the Best Buy squad member came and removed and tested the installation.

Installer was careful, but lined the stove against one counter instead of centering (or asking where this homeowner wanted it. Covid 19 and keeping my distance I did not realize until later. The installer was a nice guy, professional, careful, it is just too bad it wasn't asked of me how I wanted in installed. Due to the anti-tip, I would have to pull it out, remove the anti-tip, shift it over, and reinstall it.

Our beautiful LG range was installed with no problems and no delays. Everything about the use of this product was very well explained and when they left everything was in perfect running order.

Very competent and polite youngish men - know their stuff - did an excellent job.

Did not bring their own tools. Had to supply them with a level to make sure that the range was not off. They did not correct issues until I pointed them out. Range was covered in white dots, which they claimed was from packaging. Ok I get that. But why not wipe it down in the first place?

This was my second attempt at purchasing a range. I had initally purchased from a competitor, but the delivery and installation was such a nightmare that after an hour I asked them to just pack up the now damaged range and return it. I immediately went to Best Buy and purchased the same unit, which the store price matched. The delivery was smooth and easy. Terry and Billy had the unit off the truck and installed in under 20 minutes, and were incredibly professional. I am grateful for their care during install, the range was not damaged or mistreated and they were careful to not scratch the floor. Great guys and great service.
