Installer was careful, but lined the stove against one counter instead of centering (or asking where this homeowner wanted it. Covid 19 and keeping my distance I did not realize until later. The installer was a nice guy, professional, careful, it is just too bad it wasn't asked of me how I wanted in installed. Due to the anti-tip, I would have to pull it out, remove the anti-tip, shift it over, and reinstall it.

This is a must if you want a proper/worry free installation

This was my second attempt at purchasing a range. I had initally purchased from a competitor, but the delivery and installation was such a nightmare that after an hour I asked them to just pack up the now damaged range and return it. I immediately went to Best Buy and purchased the same unit, which the store price matched. The delivery was smooth and easy. Terry and Billy had the unit off the truck and installed in under 20 minutes, and were incredibly professional. I am grateful for their care during install, the range was not damaged or mistreated and they were careful to not scratch the floor. Great guys and great service.

They installed the range. Got it all ready for me to cook and showed me all the features and how to take care of it.

Great oven, looks stylish and I am now very happy with the product. The oven fan was was very loud and had a high pitched sound. Best Buy replaced the oven and offered great service, however, the LG customer support, under the manufacturers warranty, was very poor. Total tech gives you very good peace of mind that any issue will be resolved.

This technician for the refrigerator replacement was great. He was very knowledgeable. He pointed out how the previous technician did not complete the process when putting back on the front doors. The doors were missing two screws. This technician completed the process. He also pointed out that the crew that installed the stove never leveled the stove. I must call Best Buy for a ticket. This tech, for liability reasons could not complete the work on the stove.

They did a great job. Friendly service and helped me out with a cord issue I had.

Install was done professionally. All of my questions were answered.

My contractor send his workers to install this range. It was very simple and easy to install. They tested it and it works well. I'm glad we bought the heavy power cord

The double oven whirlpool range is wonderful. I am angry because I did not get an illustrative how to use book with it. Rudely told to drop by and pick up some flim flam computer copy. The range though is just fine. If I get hurt by it, because I didn’t get the book with it at time of delivery, that’s on whirlpool. Inconsiderate of peoples needs.

Installation was quick and flawless. The installation team was clean and answered my questions about the product.

Very professional and nice. Installed without scratching a thing. I was worried too because we have an island in the kitchen that can be cumbersome when moving large items around the house. Install was quick and we where cooking in no time at all.

We used Best Buy delivery and installation because we live in a condominium complex and cannot dispose of used appliances ourselves, nor do we have a truck or dolly to wrangle a range up to our 2nd floor unit! The techs arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up all cardboard, plastic, etc. They ran tests on the range before leaving to ensure everything was functioning. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome team delivering and setting up our range and refrigerator. They knew what they were doing. They worked in unison and didn't waste any time. They explained the appliance to us and showed us various things. They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind and clean. They cleaned up after they were done and hauled our old appliance away.

The delivery and installation of the electric range went smoothly until one of the delivery men literally ripped the existing tilt bracket out of the wall preventing the use of the screws for the new tilt bracket. Luckily I have family that can repair and install tilt brackets. Message to BB: It would be wise to keep customers happy by hiring 3rd party contractors that perform tasks correctly. This will make the total experience much better and keep the customer coming back.

Decent work. The stove was installed with no issues, though there was some confusion over where the manual could be found. This is a minor issue. There also seemed to be some light argument between the team, but I will readily admit that this may have been little more than perception than an actual issue. Overall happy with the experience.

Plesant, fast, seamless. The installation people were in and out within minutes and did a good job.

Best Buy Geek Squad delivered my new stove. I received 2 phone calls, a text message, and an email from Best Buy all on the same day they were to deliver. Weather was bad and because of heavy snow and poor travel conditions the delivery team had to find an alternate route and therefore would be about 15-20 minutes later than they had anticipated. The delivery team called me two more times to give me up-to-date information. The team was very professional and did a great and thorough job with the installation of the new stove and the relocation of our old appliance.

Amazing product strongly recommend for future buyers.
