The crew that installed it were quick and thorough and they communicated everything about the instalation and all the functions of the equipment.

been using about a month, love the big glass door to see food easily, however the extra space inside oven really took away from bottom drawer for pan storage - severely limited. 17 yr. old GE Profile bisque smoothtop plenty room for several baking sheets plus 2-3 frying pans deep & 2 lg. fry pans side by side now only 2 fry pan deep and only 1 lg. next to small. have to use cabinet space for ones that don't fit any more and the drawer itself feels cheap quality, not sturdy, not slide in/out smoothly. Went with black smooth top this time which looks good from a distance but up close always see dust on top. Swiffer daily. didn't think i would miss the bisque which shows the burn marks you have to scrub off. Like looks of red burners when lit up in use. Oven timer should beep more than once every 1 min. - may not hear if not nearby oven when goes off. Oven runs quietly vs. old GE which had loud hum afterwards during cooldown. Front right burner control s/b the most right knob on front IMO like our old GE. And red button to show burner tops are still hot s/b on top like old GE rather it's on the front by the burner knobs and it went off even after burners are still hot to touch on top. Reading this back i sound very neg about it but don't hate it. Just different and have to get used to it I guess. Seems like some obvious things for a user were not made with user actually in mind!

Very happy with the new range installation, did a good job and fast.

Included with stove. Installed without damage or incident. They forgot to level the stove, but so what… it took me 3 minutes. Good job and thanks.

First let me say our installation team had a ton of sub construction and city construction to battle through and still made it before cut off time. Then they had to battle an uneven entry path and awkward entry porch. They were professional and worked well together. The team took their time and cared for our walls and flooring as they completed the installation. Both men were very respectful and spend time answering questions and just being friendly in general. I hope both men are made aware of the great service they provided.

The first installers (3rd Party) did not input Corrine refused to level the range. Upon insistence they did it. They refused to remove the plastic price label stuck on the oven door. We couldn’t use it till the Best Buy squad member came and removed and tested the installation.

The most important thing was the fact the size of the range was so perfect that it was amazing that the technique was so perfect and the technician was great

Electric range install was completed without a hitch. Professional and polite installers from an Indianapolis appliance shop completed the install right on schedule. They definitely knew what they were doing. Perfect! Thanks Best Buy for keeping it easy!!

Did not bring their own tools. Had to supply them with a level to make sure that the range was not off. They did not correct issues until I pointed them out. Range was covered in white dots, which they claimed was from packaging. Ok I get that. But why not wipe it down in the first place?

Very nice hard working people. Very helpful even when things did not go right with the product being damaged during shipping. The delivery guys were very nice and respectful and helpful.

The installation process for my new range was flawless. The range was delivered, unboxed, my old range was removed, boxed and carried out. The installers moved the new range into position, unwrapped it and installed it in minutes. Afterwards they performed several tests to ensure that everything was working perfectly. I rate this process highly because of the professional and expedient method in which everything was done.

The installers were very efficient removing the old range and installing the new oven. They covered the basics on how to operate and asked me if I had any questions. I was very pleased with their professionalism!

The gentlemen who installed this stove ( twice btw) the first didn’t work ….. were incredible , just the best and it was a difficult install and they had to do it twice ! What great guys !
