Best Buy Geek Squad delivered my new stove. I received 2 phone calls, a text message, and an email from Best Buy all on the same day they were to deliver. Weather was bad and because of heavy snow and poor travel conditions the delivery team had to find an alternate route and therefore would be about 15-20 minutes later than they had anticipated. The delivery team called me two more times to give me up-to-date information. The team was very professional and did a great and thorough job with the installation of the new stove and the relocation of our old appliance.

I was honestly terrified for delivery. Most third party delivery men could careless about your new purchase or your house. The gentlemen that delivered my range were so nice and professional. They came to check out the space before they brought the range in. They saw that I have a very clean house and they immediately went back to their truck and got booties. They were very careful when unpacking the range, allowed me to inspect it before bringing it in, and then were careful as they brought it in. I think their tools made a minor scratch in the stainless, but they were so nice, I wasn't going to complain.

We like this product better than the glass top. It heats up nice and quickly

Im trying to win son of the year. My mothers fridge went bad. It was a better deal to replace washer stove and fridge THANKS BEST BUY They delivered to the wrong location other than that the appliances work great and my mom loves them!

I love Best Buy’s stove installation service! The process was seamless, and the team was professional and efficient. They set everything up perfectly, making my life so much easier. I can now enjoy hassle-free laundry days without any worries. Highly recommend their installation service for anyone upgrading appliances!

The delivery crew did an amazing job. Called and was able to show up 4 hours early, which gave me the rest of the day back. The installer was knowledgeable, immediately knew that the gas line I had just capped did not actually need a cap, so I was able to take the parts back to Lowe's for a refund. Since the stove was on a cold truck overnight, he also told me to wait several hours before taking the plastic off until the stove got to room temperature so that it was easier to remove. He was in and out in 10 minutes including installation. A+ service.

The installers were very efficient removing the old range and installing the new oven. They covered the basics on how to operate and asked me if I had any questions. I was very pleased with their professionalism!

Jose and team did an excellent job. Brought the stove right in. Hooked it up and took off all the packaging. They fired it up to check that everything was working. They were very efficient. This is now our 4th appliance purchase from Best Buy over the course of a year. I will no longer use Home Depot due to the incompetent delivery service they use. Delivered when promised.

This is really two reviews. The range is a "slide in" so really doesn't need much more than to be plugged in, leveled and tested. The first install was by two gentlemen who careful brought the unit in, plugged it in, and leveled it side-to-side. They needed to be prompted to level it front-to-back. They also asked if we wanted the anti-tip bracket installed as it was "optional." (We chose not to have it installed only to verify later, per code, it's required). They tested the burners but nothing else. After they left we discovered other functions (oven, display, did not work and an "error" code came up on the electronics. Best Buy was great at setting up a replacement! The second install went better. They were thorough and made sure everything was level and functioning. But they didn't install the anti-tip bracket because "we're not allowed to drill into walls." Hmmm... I would recommend depending on who's doing the delivery! (Or get some help and do it yourself)

been using about a month, love the big glass door to see food easily, however the extra space inside oven really took away from bottom drawer for pan storage - severely limited. 17 yr. old GE Profile bisque smoothtop plenty room for several baking sheets plus 2-3 frying pans deep & 2 lg. fry pans side by side now only 2 fry pan deep and only 1 lg. next to small. have to use cabinet space for ones that don't fit any more and the drawer itself feels cheap quality, not sturdy, not slide in/out smoothly. Went with black smooth top this time which looks good from a distance but up close always see dust on top. Swiffer daily. didn't think i would miss the bisque which shows the burn marks you have to scrub off. Like looks of red burners when lit up in use. Oven timer should beep more than once every 1 min. - may not hear if not nearby oven when goes off. Oven runs quietly vs. old GE which had loud hum afterwards during cooldown. Front right burner control s/b the most right knob on front IMO like our old GE. And red button to show burner tops are still hot s/b on top like old GE rather it's on the front by the burner knobs and it went off even after burners are still hot to touch on top. Reading this back i sound very neg about it but don't hate it. Just different and have to get used to it I guess. Seems like some obvious things for a user were not made with user actually in mind!
