The team did a fantastic job installing and hauling away our range. They were very respectful of our home and very nice to the kiddos. They took time to chat with them and answer all their questions!

Our purchase of an LG kitchen range took place at the Best Buy Whitehall, PA store and was scheduled to be delivered from that store on 5/26/21. On 5/26/21 the LG kitchen range was delivered by the Geek Squad from the Wilkes Barre, PA store where it had been delivered by the warehouse. It was installed and they departed. We subsequently noted the range stuck out too far from the wall and wasn't aligned with the counter tops. We subsequently purchased a new washer and dryer from Best Buy and questioned the original installation. They opined that the original installation was not correct. They took pictures of the installation and said they would request authority to come back at a later date and correct the issues. They received authority to return and correct the installation issues, which took place on 7/28/21. Now the range installation looks perfect.

Best technician ever, cleaned, quick, they make sure everything works before leaving.

My range was delivered and installed by Best Buy. It’s always better to have them do it then to take the chance of dropping it on the way in to the house! They are professionals and they know how to do it they were in and out in no time everything was done perfectly. They checked and demonstrated the range and even set the clock.

The guys did a nice job unboxing the unit, installing the electric cord, and bringing the stove in the kitchen. The only strange part was a required anti-tip bracket install had to be done or the stove would have to be photographed and confirmed delivered in another room. I would leave out the bracket in homes with no small children.

Lg stove electric range installation. Men took out old stove. The new stove they unpacked it outside were very careful when bringing it in and setting it place. They went over a few instructions, but we didn't need much because it was similar to the stove we were getting rid of. So we were all good.

The Best Buy team rang the bell and.made the adjustments swiftly. They wore there masks upon entering and leaving. Hauled away the old stove without any hesitation. It was explained and demonstrated how to operate our range properly. We asked questions and they answered each one. They gave us our booklet and left. We are very pleased with the professional and positive attitude. Thank you!

Very professional! Quick installation without delay.

Not a standard installation. I have custom countertop height. They had to pull it back out. I adjusted the floor height then they re installed

He came to install both appliances, my dishwasher and my stove. He was very fast and very knowledgeable. Both worked very well when he left!

Consumer Reports rates Samsung as one of the two top manufacturers of range/ovens as well as refrigerators and microwaves. Thus I purchased my Samsung electric range/oven and am satisfied with its performance. So far (1 month in) all works just fine. It took me a bit to get it connected to my iphone with an app so I could set the time! But it all now works.

Install was quick and seamless and everything works as it should.

They called, came, removed carton outside, wheeled stove in place, made sure it turned on, questions?, smiled, shook hands, left. Talk about good service!

We were so happy with the whole installation process. Yorman and Juan were our technicians. What a wonderful experience. We were updated through out the morning with their progress to our home! When they arrived they were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and did a wonderful install.

Im trying to win son of the year. My mothers fridge went bad. It was a better deal to replace washer stove and fridge THANKS BEST BUY They delivered to the wrong location other than that the appliances work great and my mom loves them!
