Professional and friendly workers. Installed the stove well, but I’m not sure why they did not know how to install the trim. I will need to contact the store.

The installation was quick and the technicians professional.

The installers were courteous and timely. The had the range put together before the brought it into the house. I did have to level it though. They didn’t do that once it was in place.

We replaced our tired drop-in range with a new slide-in range from Best Buy. Since our old range was a drop-in model our kitchen cabinets and countertop had to be modified to accommodate the new slide-in model. I will say I was a little concerned because this involved a significant amount of cutting, but the Best Buy installers did a professional job. Our installers were very courteous, knew what they were doing and cleaned up before leaving. Thanks Best Buy!

Anti-tip bracket needed small correction after install to allow range to rest closer to back wall. Installation crew was very careful and considerate during install. With my adjustment to anti-tip bracket range front is now flush with counter top

Pretty straightforward - attach the new power cord (purchased separately), adjust the height and balance (a little tricky under some conditions), slide into place. It was nice, after working a 13 hour shift, to see it fully installed and operational when I got home. Sometimes convenience is priceless.

The auto pilot is wonderful. I love gas flame cooking and this stove makes it a pleasure. The over heats up fast and cooks evenly. Nice traditional features makes a lifelong Kitchenaid fan feel at home.

The two men easily removed the old stove and allowed me time to clean the area while they put the cord on the new one. Very friendly. Knew what they were doing. Answered my questions. They even started the oven as directed by the manufacturer prior to first use. Couldn't believe how fast everything was completed. Have always had good experience with their delivery and set-up.

The function and easy of use is amazing, I don’t normally cook but the range has me in the kitchen. Super fun to use and experiment with. Also if you are considering this range, consider the total tech membership the free installation covers the cost of membership.

The kid(best buy contractor) that put it had no problems. I normally wouldn't have them put the anti-tipping bracket in but he had it installed before I could tell him not to worry about it.

Other than not making the time schedule the service guys did a great job bringing it unto the house and hooking up the cord

The delivery men had my range installed within minutes. Very careful with the area where the range was put and surrounding areas. I was very pleased with their service.

They did a good job. They did not raise the kegs up to level the range with the counter. They only put one not both of the earth quack restraints on.

The gentlemen that delivered my electric range needed these tools to install my range and they worked perfectly.

I had 2 sets of gentlemen ..I had the first range replace because of a dent...Everyone was very efficient and nice.
