    These guys showed up early and were very friendly. The only thing I wish they had done was double-check the leveling of the range and show us how to level it ourselves. It was a little off on being level and it took us forever to figure out how to get to the feet so we could turn them...not the usual easy access on this range. Otherwise, great job.

    The Best Buy crew were on time, efficient, had everything that they needed, and were careful about leveling the range and ensuring that it all works. Very easy, pleasant experience.

    The guys did a wonderful job. They removed my old stove & installed the new one. They made sure everything worked & was level.

    Since purchasing my range it was has been a joy to cook with. I hope Vest buy has ironed out all the kinks with installing- and their guys who drop off. But to correct all the issue I went through I should have gone back to the store not use the customer service line

    Fast, efficient and no traces that the crew was here. Only reason for four stars is the crew had a "we want to get out of here, don't ask any questions" vibe. It wasn't until they were gone that we noticed that the range was off center in the counter. Not a huge deal but I think it was due to how fast they wanted to get this done and get out.

    Scheduling went smoothly, They arrived on time and gave me a call prior to delivery with a more specific time. They were well-mannered and careful with installation to ensure no damage was done to the product or my home. They gave me instructions or prior to use and taught me about the functions of my product.

    I was very impressed with the speed of the installation. I do wish they had taken a bit more time & let me look it over before the left. It was not “leveled” and was sitting about 2” lower than the counter. Had to have someone come in & do it for us.

    First time with induction. Cooking is still in quasi-experimenting stage but enjoying the quickness to heat and preciseness of the stovetop settings. I really like the 'blue' oven, but reaching the set temperature and what shows on an oven thermometer remain 2 different things as with most ovens. I do often find myself hitting the front knobs but not turning them on, and even so, without a pan on the 'burner' it won't come on and same if you remove a pan\pot for too long it will play a melody\flash the LED for that burner and shut off if not replaced timely. The biggest issue I have is using the 'timer' - it's sensitive to pressure - want 10-15 minutes? I have to push the +, 10-15 times, as when you hold for just a split second it's showing 30 mins. Given similar circumstances of money, having several months to wait, I'd buy it again for sure, but I wouldn't get a 2nd mortgage for one if that makes sense.

    Our stove was delivered on a rainy Saturday morning and I was ready to deal with a crew that wasn't really into the job. I was very pleasantly surprised. The team was courteous, helpful, polite and meticulous in the process of getting the range into the house and properly installed, while cleaning up behind themselves every step of the way. They wanted it to be perfect, and it was!

    The guys that came to install my range we professional, courteous and so knowledgeable. They let us know when the were on their way and they took so much care while installing the range to make sure it was perfectly placed and just how I wanted it. Will be having all my future appliances purchased and installed by best buy.

    The installation was good, The only current issue we now have is that the oven is not level so we will need to make that adjustment.

    I ordered a complete new Samsung kitchen. To be delivered the middle of Dec. The store experience was a fiasco but that’s another story. All appliances arrived fine but the stove— it was crushed. A new one came 2 weeks later but they delivery peopl didn’t know what they were doing. They left tape wrapped around the stove that had to come off before it was put into place. They didn’t balance it,it was left 8 inches from the walls and almost 2 inches above the counters. The delivery people didn’t have a clue! Another 2 weeks for the he “guy” to come. They promise me he’ll take care of it. He had no idea why he was here. He thought he was taking measurements. He was nice and actually fixed the problem. I was happy & finished! Until……A burner got hazy from underneath and it was a defect. A replacement was ordered and I knew there were some dents in the back of the stove, but when they pulled the stove out I saw how bad it was. I called and arranged for a new stove. The swap out started out smoothly. They take out the defective one and bring in the new one.I ask them to lower it & balance. He said they are automatically balanced. I got out my balance ( he didn’t have one) only one team had had one )it and the team leader got angry when I showed him it was crooked and then went crazy! He decided he was leaving without the job being complete ( 2nd person & 2nd time for this stove).( Who hires these people?) He leaves the stove wobbling on the cord , sticking out from the wall and unlevel. I ran after him in utter confusion. I told him he wasn’t finished. He said he was and he was calling the police. At that point, I knew he was crazy and wanted the police there & encouraged him to call. They hopped into the truck & left still yelling out the window. He was getting scary! Another team had to come 2 days later to get the stove off the line, lower it, push it back, & level it. So much of my time wasted waiting for people to do what should have been done correctly. These people come into your home and really need to be trained better. I can see someone getting hurt. He was not stable. I was just grateful he was shouting in the street and not in my home! HOW RIDICULOUS THAT THIS COULDN'T HAVE BEEN DONE ON THE FIRST DELIVERY!

    I don't know this is review for installation or the product. I am writing about the installation. This was my 2nd delivery on same item. What a difference. Last delivery crew swayed me not to put bracket saying it was sales pitch. Then they dropped my old unit carrying out to garage. However, today's crew insist we have to install the bracket, and was much more professional then the 1st delivery crew. The reason I am not giving 5 stars, because they have to rush out they didn't clean from original box and didn't took out the film. But today's crew was 100% improvement from 1st guys. If this was for product. I would choose different brand than Whirlpool because I could see poor quality on the material they used. Like gasket, and some of the welding works. I think Best Buy is good but the product was poor.

    I know I live in south Florida and spanish is one of the main languages but its kinda frustrating when you have someone come to your home to do an install and can't really speak english. The installers had an issue leveling the slide in stove. I saw them struggle but they just spoke spanish to each other and didn't bother to let me know that the issue was that one of the legs on the stove wouldn't unscrew. They just made it look like they installed it and left. Once I started using the stove I realized what the issue was. But didn't want to call it in and go thru the whole hassel and waiting again. So I simply have some extra cork flooring folded and wedged under the leg and its fine. It just would have been nice to have the installers be able to communicate with customer.

    The delivery was on time. Mr. Julio and Mr. Marco were both very polite, respectful and with a good sense of humor. They made sure the equipment was in working order and cleaned up after themselves. Good experience!

    Geek Squad did a great job installing the range. Wasn't quick but he wanted it right and there was an issue with the bracket which keeps the range from tipping over. Squad were polite and friendly and even allowed grandson to to take all of the bubble wrap! LOL!
