I am pleased with most of the installation. I do not think that they leveled the range and they did not take the time to set the clock or explain the controls. I was able to get someone to level it and I had an induction range previously so I was able to operate the cooktop.

The installation was fast and quick. Everything was perfect

The 2 man, father/son crew called to let me know they were on their way, arrived & immediately canvassed the kitchen & way in/out. Removal of the old range was fast & efficient as was installation of the new range. They ensured all elements worked properly, asked if there were any questions before they left.

These guys showed up just like they knew what they were doing and they did. When they opened their truck doors, started working, and didn't stop until they closed them about 1/2 hour later and did an excellent job installing my range. I was very pleased with their performance.

The guys who came did an excellent job installing this appliance. They were courteous and knowledgeable about both installing the appliance nut also how to use some of the features of the appliance.

Overall good service but was frustrated when the delivery driver wanted cash to move the stove from the Kitchen to the garage

Best Buy delivery teams are always the best. Very courteous and the stove is perfect. Plenty of stainless steel and works well. There is a slight low hum when the oven is running but I hope that’s normal and not just my unit. Thumbs up on this unit

The techs that came to install the range were friendly and professional. They answers all questions. Arrived in a timely manner. We’re careful during installation. They took any meds they made with them. Would definitely recommend

Old stove died. My wife wanted one to match current appliances. this matched and works great. Love the Air Fry option. Her only comment is the top is not as easy to clean as she thought it would be.

Quick removal of old electric range clean install of new and leveled to counters. Set clock and checked functions.

Installation was a breeze. Guys took care of not damaging the flooring with their dolly. Quickly removed the old stove and replaced it with the new one. Would definitely recommend this service and do it again in a heartbeat.

Added the install and haul away service for a new stove. Guys were punctual (a little early actually which was fine), professional, quic, and did the needful. Took away the old one and no issues at all.

Install guys were friendly and professional. Quick removal of old stove and brought new range in without a problem. Stand alone protrudes about 2 inches because of required safety attachment. Sits about 1 inch from the wall. I would use again.

The installation team were respectful to my property, professional and knowledgeable. Tested everything before they left. Covered the basics on the use of the oven and handed me all pertinent material related to use.

The same team that didn't install the refrigerator correctly did install the electric range correctly. Unfortunately you have to buy a "high profit margin" new cord and can't use the old one. It is a real waste of money. Nevertheless, the new range works fine.

Excellent crew. There was a mistake with the initial delivery and Best Buy sent another crew member. He was extremely professional, understood how to mitigate an issue with the space available, and was overall just a pleasant and polite individual. Thank you.

When our stove arrived and as installers were unloading it, they noted a dent in the back. It did not affect the mechanics of the stove. Our installers took pictures and sent this information to his superiors and informed us that we will be contacted about a replacement or credit. He could have easily said "it's going in the island and won't be seen", but he said that if an item is something that he himself would not accept, he would not allow a customer to either. Wonderful service from the installation team!! As we were going to need to cut some of the island down to make it fit, they did not need to install the entire stove, but they asked for an old blanket to set the stove on as they did not want to scratch our floors!! Now THAT is great service!!!!
