We were very pleased with the conduct of the installers. They were pleasant, got the job done, cleaned up, demo-ed the product and gave us some maintenance tips...only thing better is if they cooked breakfast....

Range was installed quickly. However, the height was not adjusted to bring the surface level to the counter. It is sitting low by 1/4 inch.

the stove was installed in the blink of an eye. the installer was careful removing the old stove & also bringing in the new one. he made sure that all of the functions were working. he even explained how everything worked.

Two guys came and carried in the stove. It didn't take long to peel off the plastic, attach the new plug, and slide it into place. I have found all the Best Buy installers to be professional, on time, and considerate of your house.

I am remodeling my kitchen and my contractor asked to have the appliances delivered the first week . Then moved them to the front room . When it came time to install the appliances they couldn’t fit through the openings. The Best Buy people came back out and picked up the stove and carried it over the cabinets. They were fantastic .

When delivered wasn't hooked right ground wire was put on hot screw. I seen that right off and called bestbuy, they sent out a tech. 2 days later put wires on right and showed me how to operate. Glade I noticed the wires were wrong or stove would have been toast.

When I first got this range it spooked me because you had to download an app and go through the internet to operate it and register. But after doing that and cooking and baking and roasting, I LOVE it! It cooks at the correct temperature all the time. I cook a lot and having the warming center is great for an extra space. The oven is larger and I can bake more at a time, so saves time. I couldn’t be happier with my range!

Well, it works with the oven. It was necessary to purchase this item due to bestbuy installation cant be done without it. The old cord could have been as good as this one.

Install was done with no problems. They were efficient and courteous. Used all COVID policies. Were able to answer all of my questions. Stove is working fine.

3 Big guys installed the electric range but first allowed my wife to clean the area that was under her old range. All went well & the range works perfectly. Good job Best Buy Team!
