The gentleman that installed the range, did just that. I wish he would have leveled it for me. I didn't realize it until after he had left. Will have to have family do it for me.

The two installers that delivery and installed my range were very professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the product. They installed it quickly, showed me a few features and were gone within a few minutes.

The installers did a great job! They took the old range, replaced it with the new and it works! They were very professional, respectful, neat, and courteous!

Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

The team that installed my range were polite and new what they were doing and they were fast. They removed the old range and took care of all the worries of that sitting by the curb. They called when they were on their way to our door and cleaned up behind their selfs. One item was missing from the range after they left so I called which they had left their phone number if we found anything wrong. They said they would check and see if the part was with the packaging and were very quick to call back cause they had found it and arrived again with in an hour to fix the issue. This Best Buy Delivery and Installation team are awesome. Thank you for a great job. I would recommend installation from Best Buy to make your life easier.

Love it! Lots of bells and whistles. Love the convection. Pretty smooth top. Must be careful with pots on top of stove but cleanup is easy.
