Very professional and knowledgeable delivery installation. Since weather was nice outside, this appliance delivery was un boxed completely outside and cord installed as well before entering the home. All mess from un boxing was cleaned up completely. That made hook up extremely fast. I was a little disappointed that I was instructed not to use the stove until it reached house temperature so I would not cause it to break and crack. I do value and trust in the delivery knowledge of Best Buy so I followed instructions and did not use my new range until the next day just to be safe.
